Food is great Love Pizza but the Casher women Spanish, so rude in the front and wish u guys use gloves then I would definitely be back is just nasty to see them make food with hands and no gloves... Just plz upgrade to gloves and have ur employees be more nice the (women).....

This place is a nightmare. Go to the Dominion on Columbia, which is VERY different.The woman behind the counter at the register - nightmare.The loud music set at 11, in the very small storefront - nightmare.The guy (cook?) eating customer food as he closes up their take-out containers - nightmare.Timing of orders to be picked up....add 10 minutes to whenever they tell you your food is supposed to be ready, then you'll only have to wait 5 minutes. (NIGHTMARE)While we're at it - someone should probably call the Dept of Health. I'm pretty confident behind the line is a ...nightmare.I know the owner reads these and responds. Perhaps they should stop wasting time responding to bad reviews and make the store on Queen at least 50% as good as the one on Columbia.

I honestly think it's the best pizza around but the young woman cashier is so rude it is unreal. I thought eh maybe it's was a bad night. But every time I go she is unbelievably rude. I always tip even for a slice and a coke. But no matter what never fails always rude. I just don't get it. And it sucks because it is my favorite pizza in Lancaster. .

Ordered some late night pizza following a wedding. Everything arrived fast and hot. Delivery drive was able to call us when he got to the hotel lobby so we didn’t have to sit down there waiting.

Had friends order two cheesesteak subs. After a couple bites, one stopped. The other friend ate it all and ended up going to urgent care for vomiting blood the next day.The docs said it was just really bad food poisoning. They practice horrible kitchen hygiene and their facilities are less than ideal in cleanliness.

Its ok if your hungry enough. Parking was an issue and was to noisy for my taste, but was glad to grab my carry out and find somewhere a little more child friendly to eat our pizza.
They have the BEST pizza in the city, done perfectly, 10/10. Fries were banging too.

Dominion is a staple here locally. I'm most familiar with their Columbia Ave location and I've only been to the downtown-ish location once. It was cramped and very busy, apparently and unsurprisingly a popular hangout for the neighborhood. The service was decent but communication was difficult and it honestly felt at times we weren't the greatest priority. Is what it is. It was just one time haha. They have great pie and they have alcohol available. The other location has this latter thing in greater fullness. Either way, I'd definitely order from here again.

Incredible pizza! The pizza was baked perfectly, great crust with fresh and flavorful ingredients! The pizza was so good it made some of the other menu items feel slightly underwhelming. The perfectly average wings just didn't seem to hold up against the truly fantastic pizza.
