'm not sure what's going on with Dominos, but the Pizza has been arriving cold ☹️. Room temperature. Last night reminded me why I haven't ordered there in a while and we live close, by McCaskey. My Mom and I had to warm it up in the microwave. There's no need to preheat food that just came out the oven fresh. I also ordered some food to have delivered at my Niece's that was just down the street and she said it was a little warm. We are paying for this food, delivery fees and tip. Our food should be hot at arrival. I've ordered Pizza from Metros (Wabank St) / Costco and our food is always hot at pick up and arrival, and it's farther. Especially Metros that is on the other side of town and Dominos is around the corner from us. Food should be hotter.

Have ordered from this location many times over the past year or so, and rarely had a problem. Tonight we ordered delivery for, 2 buffalo chicken pizzas, a bbq chicken pizza, and a pepperoni pizza. They delivered the ordered and neither of the buffalo pizzas had buffalo sauce on them. I called them for 20-25 minutes trying to get ahold of them, but they either didn’t answer the phone or they kept hanging up. I finally got ahold of them and they remade the buffalo chicken pizzas and delivered them. Again neither pizza had buffalo sauce on it. We called again and they delivered to more. They had buffalo sauce on one and one side of the second pizza. The toppings were sliding off one of the pizzas. Also none of the pizzas we ordered were cut.

Is negative stars possible? I think with the anger I have for this establishment I can make it possible. I think petitioning Google for the ability to designate a business with negative stars is going to be my soul desire in life. If I could explain the pain and realization when you eventually realize your pizza is just never showing up at your door...it's disgusting. I wouldn't even know how to rate the pizza since I never was able to even get a slice! Lady on the phone sounded like she was going to spit in our pizza for wanting to order later at night. God forbid your establishment be open and I desire something from it. Wouldn't recommend.
