This is a great place for food and coffee. Better coffee drinks than the "other big two" coffee brands. Outstanding sandwiches with many to chose from. Awesome bagels and desserts. Stop in and try this place!

It saddens me to be forced to give this establishment one star.. but honestly they’ve given me no choice; now mind you we’ve only recently come across GCB which is why it saddens me! I thought this would be our new go to. I just can’t get with the entitled unprofessionalism their employees seemed to be engulfed in. (1st: the construction is not only unprofessional, it’s hazardous, unsanitary and simply distasteful to be conducting construction during operating hours especially around over and near open food/drinks, 2nd. Our order was recently mixed up [NO BIG DEAL] yet it was such a hassle to receive the corrected order without unprofessional facial expressions, an overly irritated demeanor and an argumentative employee insinuating the order was correct [what happened to the customer is always right; this is “your” job there for you fix the issue and respectfully at that no questions asked] ** Now my issue truly stems from the fact that I requested my order be remade because of the mix up and upon agreeing to “do so” not only did she insult my intelligence by pretending to remake it!! But to still give me an attitude after clearly handing me the same damn sandwich back.. is honestly laughableMy experience was a joke!** Sidenote: the food was good, if it had been correct I think it would have been GREAT!

They barely toasted either of our orders. Why can't they spread peanut butter on a bagel, but they do spread cream cheese? The workers can't find a reason to smile. It probably stems from the sour puss at the cash register. This area needs another shop option!!! They treat their customers like a herd of cattle.Just try to be nice, and take moment to smile. Maybe even say thank you to every tenth customer.
