Went early ate in the tavern. The tomato bisque was really good. Had the fish and chips. Everything tastes good except the coleslaw needed more seasoning. Also had the cauliflower bites. It was almost a meal in itself.
The cauliflower appetizer was a delight...very tasty. Everything else that we tried on the menu was mediocre at best. While this isn't a bad thing, it's not a place that I'd be chomping at the bit to visit again. Great place if you're leaving the Sight & Sound venue and would like a quick and easy "sit down" solution for lunch or dinner. However, I'd suggest seeking other options if your desire is to try some fantastic fare. With that being said, service was decent.
