That never asked if we wanted Desert, who does that.....They also add 18% Tip on with your bill. I have Never seen that before unless you have a party of 6 or more people. There were only 2 of us. So they put it on Everyone s bill. That's not cool.

Terrible many people come here for the show and experience from hibachi chefs there was nothing!the food was bland I didn’t even eat mine and said I would not pay for my meal but would the others. and I even said to the chef it was my birthday to do a good show, he did nothing not even a fire volcano no song or nothing for almost 200 u would expect more. Never coming back again.!!!! I left and ate sheets for my birthday!

For the price the food is very bland for hibachi they didn’t use garlic or ginger the butter a spec. It’s sad. They need to do better.

As a fellow habachi connoisseur I like you love to explore different habachi establishments. Unfortunately this was my third and final shot I’m going to give Ichiban Lancaster. Our most recent trips disappointment was so astounding I didn’t think it was possible to leave hungry from a habachi dinner but me and my group of friends all left hungry enough we had to stop for food on the way home. In all of my years I never imagined this possibility. For those of you who are familiar with normal fried rice portions served at habachi dinners, you know rice generally will cover half of your plate, leaving you with a substantial amount of rice you’ll inevitably have to take to go. Well the rice portion served at the Ichiban was 1/4 of that amount. I couldn’t believe my eyes. By the time the chef had even got a chance to put our steak on the grill we had finished our rice. Keep in mind my Girlfriend weighs a solid 110lbs soaking wet. Well fast forward to our filet mignon - surely this wouldn’t disappoint?!? Sadly I ordered medium rare and my first bite into the steak and it was still cold inside my Mouth. Now look, I’m aware inflation has taken its toll but inflation on rice has to be Pennie’s on the dollar! Sad!

Absolutely not! We had 3 people for hibachi. The waiter was well, on something… The bill came and they added in a very large tip. For 3 people… With a stoned waiter… Way over priced for what you get. A tip is a reflection of service. It is not owed. I will not be returning. Spend your money else where.*the built in tip was over 18%For good service I normally do 30%+Next time I will go to Ruth‘s Chris Steak House when I want to spend 100 plus.*two people in our group ordered hibachi. I ordered 1 veggie sushi. It was all on one check. My husband and I were treating our nephew.

Wanted to grab a bite of sushi so my boyfriend and I sat in the middle dining section, apart from the hibachi tables. Our sushi was delicious. Our waitress was nice, but felt at the end that she was rushing us out by the way she came to us to collect the check, even before we put a card in there. I understand having the need to close a tab, but they didn't close for another 2 hours.

The whole team gave us a great and fun experience! Food was amazing! Price was a wee bit high, but worth it. I'm sensitive to foods and did not feel bad at all. The starter salad had a fresh ginger dressing that I would call "clean", and the clear soup was Goldilocks "just right". Would go back again, and recommend to others.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables and noodles and rice for a large meal, no need for meat if that is not your preference.Kid-friendliness: A child safe and friendly restaurantParking: Well illuminated and spaciousWheelchair accessibility: Ground level, easy for mobilityDietary restrictions: Rice is available for those who are gluten free. Vegetables are available to non-meat eaters

My wife and I had a great time! Instead of just waiting for your food, you get to watch them cook it in front of you with a lot of flare!

I always liked going here. They cook your food right in front of you. The filet mignon and shrimp with fried rice & vegetables was so delicious! The guy that cooked our meal did some cool balancing tricks with an egg and his cooking utensils before he started. It's a bit expensive but worth it! I will definitely go again soon as it's my favorite Japanese restaurant!!! ?????

My husband and I ate there for the first time, and it was alright, nothing to really write home about in my opinion. It was just your typical Japanese steakhouse pricey, the soup I didn’t care for. The shrimp tempura roll we got was good, but again nothing amazing. Service was okay, we were the only ones eating in.
