This is my favorite place for the best breakfast around here. Food comes in 5-6 minutes or less and it’s amazing. The staff it’s the kindest and sweetest people I ever met. Always a family favorite - Aldridge Ogando

The staff are friendly and relaxed. The food tastes great. I prefer their Reuben sandwich over other restaurants'. The inside seating area is small but seems adequate. The only challenge is getting onto Route 741 especially if you need to go south.

The food at Ida’s is exception - but the friendly, helpful, welcoming staff sets this establishment apart from the rest! The staff is attentive, always checking in, always directing new customers to ensure a wonderful all around experience. Anxiously awaiting our next visit!!

This was a horrible experience. I thought this would be a cafe or diner so maybe that's my fault. This is just a counter that you go order at and then they bring you your food at TINY tables. For two people we couldn't even have two plates, coffee, and water on the table without something falling off.The food was cold the second it got to us, the potatoes were somehow burnt and undercooked at the same time with absolutely zero seasoning or flavor, and the coffee was weak. This is extremely overpriced for cheap food, McDonalds would be better.

We were visiting the area to attend a performance nearby, and opted to try Ida’s for a late breakfast/brunch. First, the staff was very polite and attentive. I am on an eating plan, and I will own that it doesn’t make dining out the easiest experience. The counter person tried to accomodate my request for veggies with my eggs to the best of her ability by ringing me up for a veggie omelet but serving me scrambled instead (to get more veggies in it). I appreciated her help. Two of my daughters had chicken quesadillas and one had French toast. Their servings were generous. My eating plan allows for a serving of fruit, so I asked if I could purchase just a banana (banana pancakes are on the menu, so I figured they had bananas). Unfortunately, I was told that they had no way of putting that into their POS system, so I could not purchase one. They did offer me a $6.67 mixed fruit bowl that contained some banana slices. I ate what I could (it was more than my food plan allows), and sadly had to waste the rest. I can’t complain about the quality of the fruit. Overall, the atmosphere was quaint and it seems like a popular place. The flavor of the food was lacking (I asked my daughters’ opinions as well), but it presented well. Price is a bit steep. It was over $68 for four of us (tip not included). We got better food at a better price at our hotel restaurant the next morning. Also, be aware that cash price is lower than credit price. Not sure if that is a Pennsylvania thing, but haven’t run into it in Jersey restaurants yet.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available; however, if you are on any low carb/extra protein and whole fruits/veggies plan, their preset menu does not allow for ease of substitution.Parking: About 15 parking spaces availableWheelchair accessibility: Small quarters, so I would say it would not be easy.

Small restaurant but clean environment. Vanilla cappuccino tastes great. The fried diced potatoes are crispy. My western omelette plate included slices of white bread, but I couldn't eat it, whole grains were fine for me...the waiters were very friendly and will come back.
