We took our class to Infinito's on Friday, April 12th. The staff, including Megan (manager) and Abby (staff) greeted us at the door upon entry. They couldn't be any kinder, welcoming, and patient with us. We enjoyed the food in the clean establishment.

Went there for lunch with my fiancé today there. Was only 1 person running the entire front end of the store. Taking orders with customers coming through the door making pizzas preparing the pizza's all while, also the soda machines needed changed out. Customers were asking for customizable things. And you're associate Shirley, I believe she's a manager, Was handling it beyond AMAZING!! I give you guys 5 stars for having her. We've been there several times and she's usually always busy, but today proves she deserves a raise. Because she could probably run the entire store on her own if she had to. I don't think that she was expecting the tourist bus to arrive today either but again, she handled it very very well we we're very impressed.We'll be back again soon. ??

I was part of a LARGE group that came to dinner. We called ahead and let the employees know we were coming. While on the phone with them, they were hesitant to accommodate our group, however by the time we got there they were PREPARED! They worked incredibly hard at keeping the pizza buffet filled, never complained and had great customer service. Several times throughout the evening we had special requests for pizzas. They willingly made the orders. Shout out to Diego, Giselle, Lisa and Shirley for your hard work and positive attitudes! We appreciate it very much.
My family and I went to infinitos tonight 1/29/24 when we walked in they were packed with a huge party with mad kids. The kids were a little wild to say the least however that's not the point. I want to give a huge shout out to the employees that were working tonight we had Diego on register and he treated us right at the door with a smiling welcoming smile and was super polite and friendly, then we had Giselle working the dining room and let me tell you all for only being 3 days in she rocked it like a champ. She even came around and asked if we had any special requests to make for pizza to tell the girls making pizza. She did an amazing job at keeping up with everything and keepong up with the messes being made. Lastly I want to shout out to the pizza girl Lisa and and manager on duty and also doing pizzas Shirley. They were amazing rocking out the pizzas and even went out of their way to make a special order pizza with being busy. The staff tonight all did amazing and deserve a huge shout out recognition and a raise. Thank you infinitos Lancaster for doing such an amazing job especially for having as much as you did to deal with tonight. I definitely recommend going to this place. They have great food and their blueberry and apple dessert pies are killer go on over and try them out.

Me and a large group of people went and Megan as well as another young lady checked up on every table to make sure we were enjoying the food and having a great time . Before we left Megan (the manager im 98% sure) asked us if we wanted to take pizza with us . It was all great I will definitely be going back there . I loved the energy and enthusiasm of all the workers.

What we got was good but they ran out of pizza for most of the time we were there. The woman making pizza was moving quickly and trying hard, but since they got behind the pizzas get snatched up as soon as they hit the buffet table. $11 for a pizza buffet is reasonable and they have unique flavors I like being able to try without committing to a whole pie.
We don't need to go back. There was barely any food on the buffet, the staff couldn't keep up and they weren't even busy. When the pizzas came out they weren't even that great. No one ever came around and collected plates and the floor was sticky. Definitely wasn't worth the money we spent.
