Doordash cancelled an order for a corporate event and despite being under-staffed offered to come deliver it. Appreciated this so much.

Isaac's downtown is a family favorite for lunch. The location is perfect and the team is always friendly. We love sitting outside when we can all the Charles Demuth inspired artwork inside.

A mid level restaurant. I like the food but it’s not that special. Inside the restaurant it’s very empty and sad. Try to penguin if you’re looking for one of their better menu items I’d say. I’ve had their food a few times this year and you often don’t get much for your money. Either way, you’d be better off trying one of the other local restaurants instead of Isaac’s. There are lots of local options in Lancaster.

Great service, great food,super staff...?

Isaac's is very involved in their community. My son won a free children's meal during a library reading program. I took him to our downtown Lancaster Isaac's, and we had a wonderful time. Our waitress was extraordinarily outgoing and professional. The food exceeded my expectations.

Stopped in at like 1pm. The staff was nice but the place was completely dead & it took them over 15 minutes to make 2 drinks. No one else was even in there. We didn’t bother ordering food. Seemed like a ghost town… drinks were ok, but my husbands was basically straight whiskey…. they clearly don’t have a bar tender. Not a place I’d return to.

Glad we stopped here...I had the soup and sandwich combo, which was perfect for lunch, and my husband had the Reuben - all our food was great and our server was awesome! :)

Great bar food. My kind of place. Make sure you leave room for a brownie.

Went on a Saturday night. The place was dead. That should have been the 1st clue. The margarita was horrific! The Twix chick was soggy and gross. The bacon cheese and onion tater tots tasted like grease. I had the penguin club and it was pretty good. The service was terrible. Never got the waters we asked for. No napkins and once the waitress dropped off the food we didn't see her again.

While both people working were very kind, we had a pretty bad experience. We saw our server twice- he took our order and brought us our drinks. We didn't get the pickles that they usually bring and I wanted to ask for them, but there was no one around until someone else brought out our food, so we got them after the meal. Again, we needed a server for some condiments, but nobody was around. My wrap and my husband's sandwich were both missing bacon. Not a big deal, maybe they ran out, but nobody told us that and there was, again, nobody around to ask. The food was mediocre. The service was bad. And it was kind of expensive. Overall, the best part was my daughter's Dino nuggets.

Food took a bit even though it was kind of empty, portions were small for the price in my opinion. Food was good, the usual burger and fries like any other restaurant that serves burgers and fries. The waitress was not attentive at all, and we waited a while for refills. The atmosphere and location was nice.

The only saving grace for me was the funnel cake fries at the end.The drink was almost straight vodka. It was supposed to be a mix of mango and peaches. $7The sandwich was 45% spinach and 50% bread and 5% everything else. Could barely find the chicken breast it was so small. $13Menu also boasted homemade kettle cooked chips. I actually got a bag of lays baked chips. (Fries were $3 more)Overall, I was not overly impressed. I'd heard such great things about Isaac's and was looking forward to eating here. The experience didn't live up to the hype. Overpriced and underwhelming.Fun place if you want to spend money on overpriced sandwiches
