Nice place, nice decoration, big portions. 4 stars because the tea was warm and the coffee was not tasty. I liked the aquarium with fish. Very friendly staff.Parking: Parking right next to the cafeKid-friendliness: There are chairs for children

Got a very strange turkey sandwich from there today. Instead of slices of turkey, it was a pile of little bits. Like someone scooped up the crumbs from the meat slicer. Got it as takeaway, so no way to ask for something else. I was already back at work. SO GROSS! I guess the old, delicious Isaacs is done.

Isaac's was once 35 years ago a unique sandwich shop and their prices were not too bad. Now it's just an overpriced sub shop. My experience at this particular location I was delivering and arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. They said it would just be a minute. Over 15 minutes later they finally had the order ready. Instead of telling me how long it would actually take they just made me sit there and wait. When I said something to him about letting me know exactly how long it would be instead of saying just a minute. The manager told me to get a real job. I worked at Isaac's in 1990 as a cook when I was in high school. I work there again as a server in 2011 for some extra money only to find out that all tips on credit cards are not given to you night of your shift but put on a paycheck that you get every 2 weeks. Must be nice that they can hold all those tips the servers made and earn interest on it for that 2 weeks and making their employees wait to get paid. I've never worked at a restaurant that did that before. I have not eaten there since I last worked there and I would not recommend it to anyone else. There are much better small family-owned businesses in Lancaster that have great food and prices. Isaac's is way overpriced for what they offer.

They changed their menu. Still enough of the older good stuff with some new choices.

Food was very good, but I mainly came to compliment Christy! She is such a delight. One of the best waitresses I have ever encountered at an establishment. She has a very down to earth and genuine personality, you can tell she likes what she does. I can appreciate that. I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt inclined to come and say she is wonderful. I was on shift myself working with a special needs participant and she was very accomplished. Thank you!

Food was ok. Wait was a bit long but they were understaffed and I understood. The one star review is strictly because they charge an extra 3% for using a credit card. This will be the last time I eat here strictly because of the fee. The fee is lazy business that’s all.

Would love to recommend this place but probably won’t be back. Food was fantastic but service was agonizingly slow and food was overpriced.

They have the nerve to charge $20 for a small precooked burger! And now it turns out as a "Christmas bonus" they give 5+ year employees 2 coupons for a free sandwich and soup! A meal should be included with every shift! I've worked at 15+ restaurants over the years and they always gave me a shift meal.Just a few days ago I ate at Taco Bell, and while eating I watched their manager one by one give each employee a check for Christmas so big that they were crying and saying they can't believe it.It's sad to see how Isaac's treats their employees.

The servicer was very attentive. We had a nice quiet lunch in a very clean restaurant. Will stop again when in the area.

We were basically ignored because the waitress had a large table of people she knew. I was very disappointed in the service.

No other customers on a sunday afternoon, but slow service? Food is mediocre, expensive, and overpriced for what it is. Not worth coming here again.

My son and I got the pepper Jack tomato soup. We’re both not picky eaters especially when it comes to soup. But it had an off taste. I didn’t want to be wasteful so I tried to eat it but after about the 10th bite and each bite getting worse I had to send it back and make sure to tell the server something was wrong with it. My son tried not to waste his as well but he said the same something was off. We ended up getting very sick that evening from it. The rest of the family ordered other things and they were fine.
