This was our first stop. We are very happy we found Lancaster Beignet. We wanted a small snack and some coffee to start the day. It was a rainy day, so the line was not bad at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw them clean off tables after each customer left. Which is great considering how much powdered sugar gets lost from eating the beignets (wear light clothes). We ordered 6 beignets and found a cozy table easily. Love this place! I wish it wasn't 30 minutes from my house. I am thrilled to have an option to salivate over beignets in Lancaster. The beignet bites were wonderful and I also enjoyed my sandwich. Next time I will omit the mustard because I am not a huge fan of mustard. My friends and I all enjoyed our meals and because it was a weekday around 9am we were able to find on street parking which was great. I did not know if bacon, egg and cheese on a beignet would work…….my doubts were quickly dismissed with the very first bite!!!! I loved the sandwich, the atmosphere, the location, everything! Thank you for making my wife’s birthday fun and delicious! 100/10
