Delicious cupcakes! I’m so glad I finally stopped in and have gone twice this week alone. Cake is super Moist and frosting is smooth and not too sweet. Cant wait to go back!

This used to be my favorite place until the owner, a woman owned business that I have supported faithfully for years decided that she would screw over her rewards members who had been saving points for years and all of a sudden change her rewards program, reducing people's points down to almost nothing in value. An email was sent out giving people one week to redeem their points, and for people who were overseas serving their country screw them I guess... You are no better than any large corporate store and your dedication to your customers show how you really feel. I have eaten my last Lancaster Cupcake and will not be referring any catering to you until you issue an apology about the rewards program and offer some form of reconciliation to faithful customers who supported you, when its clear you don't support their dedication to you.

Bought cupcakes from them many times while I lived in Lancaster, and even though I live thousands of miles away, they were my go to, to send cupcakes for my friends on their birthdays, and they did not disappoint one bit (my friends are just as picky as I am) ?✨?They always delivered on time, and my friends raaaaved about how yummy the cupcakes were, and also curious as to how I managed to have them delivered to them, when I am thousands of miles away ?One of the few things I miss about PA, their cupcakes!
Ice cream is just flavored. Do not expect it to have an authentic taste. It's very chemical. The cupcake was dry. The staff was friendly. The parking is limited.
The atmosphere of the location is lovely, how ever the cupcake taste it self was just sugary and not flavorful.

Best cupcakes in Central PA in my opinion! I will gladly trek from Harrisburg to Lancaster cupcake to get them for any occasion or when I am craving them. The staff is kind, the space is amazing and the cupcakes are just that good! Worth it!! Try it for yourself. Strawberry champagne cupcake is delicious!!

The inside seating area is a bit small, but other than that, everything is great! There are plenty of cupcake flavors to choose from that change every couple of weeks, there are GF/vegan options available, the staff are very nice and helpful, and there are even dog treats available.Dietary restrictions: Four different gluten free and vegan cupcake flavors are available.
THE BEST CUPCAKES IN LANCASTER/ YORK! My favorite is Strawberry Champagne, but I've never had one I didn't like! That's all I have to say!

The cupcakes are usually good. However during our last visit, our experience was ruined by a rude staff member who scolded us for intruding on a private party in the seating section. After our purchase at the counter, we usually sit inside the store to eat the delicious cupcakes. Although we did see a private party off to the side, there was still plenty of seating left. At no point did we see a sign nor was told by the staff that the seating area was off limits. A staff member basically came by and embarrassed us by telling us to leave.It seems like this business hires teenagers who lack any real training on treating customers with professionalism and kindness. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday but felt like our business was not welcome.

When there are events there is no where to sit. Should post event notification on main homepage of site not in some random calendar hidden away. It should also be on the door so you are aware before you walk in. I’ve been duped more times than not walking in only to discover there is an event. I would not come in if there is an event. The space is cute but it puts out all other customers when an event is happening.
