App crashed on me while making a payment for my order and asked me to speak with a team member. I went inside and was greeted by about 3 stoned teenagers who had to get the manager to assist with the problem. The manager talked to me like I was stupid and insinuated it was my fault because I ordered for drive thru and came inside. I explained that I didn’t even know if the order went through since I got an error message and no order number/code or email but payment came out of my account. Eventually, after waiting 15 minutes in the lobby I got my cold food.

My 10-year-old son called and asked if they still had Shamrock Shakes. The lady on the phone said they did. We drove there and went through the drive thru and were told they no longer had them. My wife then called to make sure this was true. The McDonald's employee that answered threatened to call the cops on her. This place is completely ridiculous. Where has customer service gone?

I called the McDonald's to inquire if there was a shamrock shake. At 01:55pm I arrived at the drive thru and was told the shamrock shake is not there. I called the store to ask if this was true as I previously was told there was a shamrock shake. Employee stated that they had my phone number and they were going ro call the police on me for calling them this is absolutely unacceptable as I had only called twice. I can not believe the customer service it is terrible!!!

I returned it and said I need less and he was irrated that he had to give me less money. I was hoping it was an April Fools joke, but no just really bad customer service

Took over 25 minutes to get our food. Manager tried to comp us a sundae but we didn't accept it. At least the food was hot, but it didn't make up for the lost time.
