I was at this location for 40 minutes after ordering at 9:58, 2 minutes before the cut off to order breakfast they say. The app says 10:30 till I can get breakfast so I go in at 10:10 waiting for my order till 10:46. Someone finally comes up to me and ask s me if I’m waiting for anything.” No I’m just standing here watching you guys not make my food” The payment went through on the app and this girl didn’t give me my food or my refund. I will get her fired and find out where she is. They then threw at me a moldy sausage wrap. It’s over for this mcdonald’s

Me and my boyfriend are sitting here at 5:21 am when it’s supposed to be opened at 5
Worst customer service I've ever had at any McDonald's. It took us ten minutes to even be SPOKEN TO at the drive thru and when we finally could order, the obviously overworked and tired employee mumbled to me that they didn't have any of the food I wanted, so I had to substitute everything. When we pulled to the first window, we were greeted by nobody. We were just supposed to assume to drive to the second window without being told so. Even then, the two employees there failed to greet us properly, or at all for that matter. No response to my wife's greeting; he held just out his hand for the card. We handed them our card, and they gave us our order without confirming what the order was or the contents inside. A completely wordless, awkward exchange. To make things even worse we could hear the manager loudly chewing out one of the workers for something trivial. Bad look for the manager. Don't go to this location, you'll feel absolutely unwelcome and its obvious that nobody working there is happy to be working there.
