I never would've thought to give a 4/5 star review to a McDonalds in my life.. until I went here.Realistically, the food is what you expect and anticipate at a McDonalds - fast and cheap. However, I can recall that most times I visit this location, my order is usually correct and the food is typically warm/hot - which is a nice added touch.I don't want to spend too much time discussing the ins and outs of a McDonalds chain however, the main reason for this review is the wonderful service you get at the drive-thru.The lady (I wish I got her name) who took my order, typically the one that is taking your money at the first window, is such a delight. She is beyond sweet and is super nice to have a quick conversation with. I don't go there often but she seems to have plenty of experience and always wishes you to have a great day.At the second window, there is a gentleman I had that was equally as nice and kind. Even though I would've never thought to leave a review here, I highly suggest this location if you are in the area looking for a McDonalds. (Just beware of pulling out to Manheim Pike and needing to turn left).

I bring my kids to play here to play n it's pretty dirty you can tell it hasn't been wiped down or swept out in probably ten years... But the real issue is the way these workers treat customers.... Exactly the females in particular.....

This place is always messy. Good luck finding a clean table.
Very clean and nicely landscaped. Fast drive through, although they did ask me to pull up to spot 1 and wait for my order (crispy chicken sandwich and frappe) I'd preferred to not had to wait, and get a chicken sandwich that was perfectly cooked, instead, it was overcooked, dare I say even a little burnt, at the least it was well "doner" than I like.All the employees were very nice but, before they asked me to pull up, I had asked for honey mustard, there was none in my bag.

This location is close to work, so I go through the drive thru for lunch every few weeks. When they get busy, they have ppl pull along side the building and park in the adjacent spots to wait for their order. While a bit annoying, I guess it is faster in the end and allows them to work on preparing 4 or more orders at a time rather than less. On this trip I just got 2 sandwiches, a Big Mac and a Filet o Fish. My fish sandwich was excellent, absolutely perfect, piping hot and delicious. Big Mac was good, sloppily prepared and light on the onions, which I like to cut through the rich sauce. They were not busy, so no pull aside required, food came out very fast. Overall a good lunch

This location has fast drive thru service but the counter service was very slow. The food was well prepared and the order was filled correctly. The drink machine could have used some attention but the rest of the restaurant was clean overall. Rest room was about a7.
