I was extremely disappointed yesterday with the service we received from Nano Burger food truck. We were at Letorts end of school festival and had ordered 2 orders of sliders and 2 orders of fries and waited an whole hour trying to be as patient and understanding as possible since it seemed they were swamped, and yet we did not hear our name called during that whole time. When we finally asked about our order they said they had no record of my order, but yet I had already paid for it. So we had to show proof of the purchase in my bank account and then they made the food for us. But I was disappointed that we were only offered a "sorry" and no refund or anything extra for the inconvenience. Especially waiting an hour with 2 very hungry children...And then when we got the sliders, there was barely any meat on them! Very disappointed with this being my first experience with his food company.

Forgot to take a picture of the product, however paid 9 bucks for three sliders and 6 for a full thing of fries. The fries were very good. The sliders had a good sauce on the bun. I would try it again, not sure if I'd get the sliders again. I think I would just chop fries with meat and cheese for 10 bucks.

Enjoyed the hot chicken sliders and cheese burger sliders with fresh cut fries while attending the Longs Park Art Show. I'm looking forward to eating there again.

Everything was top quality and cooked to perfection. The lobster sliders are the best!!! The nano crab burgers and crab cheese fries are out of this world too. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Nano Burger is a HIT!!!
If i could give 0 stars i would. Booked on July 1st for the truck to come to my work to feed the staff during a power outage and they completely forgot and did not show up. Kevin and Ed are the owners and no phone calls, or anything that they could not make it. Only got an oh, I am sorry. I called and Kevin said it was on Ed and Ed said it was on Kevin, this does not help the 80 employees that are without food. Worse professionalism I have ever seen. Do not bother with this business.

We were waiting in line for 10 minutes. They took our friend’s order and said they were going to take 25 minutes to make their food. Then 5 minutes past, they tell us when we were waiting in line that they were closing for 30 minutes and apologized. So we left and got food from a different food truck that took 15 minutes. Our friend continued to wait and watched other customers get swerved food. Then the 30 minutes past and they still didn’t swerve my friend. And then they open their door up and start taking new customer orders. My friend goes up and asks if their order was done. The worker says “I was wondering if you got your order” which was odd because they should know or not if they made the order. Which their food wasn’t so we had to wait another 5 minutes. Hope they improve their service and organization.

Sorry Nano Grilll. Always like to support the local food trucks. We waited for over 30 minutes after we ordered to get our food at Longs Park. Unfortunately it was not worth the wait. The burger on the slider was almost non existent and the drinks were not cold. Always wanted to try your truck, but you need to get it together. It seemed like you're all inside the truck walking back and forth not even knowing what was going on, very unorganized and not getting the food out. Hopefully I'll try you again and it'll be much better.

A cute little place with great food and people who actually care about the quality they are serving you!*Note- don't be turned off by location and area. It's worth going. There's a big safe parking lot and don't have to worry about finding street parking. Also, added perk- if you like to gamble and like those "Pennsylvania Skill Machines" there's a bunch of them there outside the eating area. In fact I've never seen so many in one spot! So, if you like good quality food and slot machines this is the place for you!
