This isn’t the first time I was at this Olive Garden, and the Alfredo was sticky, thick and flavorless. In addition, the last time I was at this Olive Garden for lunch, they didn’t have any soup. What happened to the mushrooms on the appetizer menu highlight of the menu, but they’re gone now as well. And this particular, Olive Garden, the ceiling has clumps of dirt that need to be cleaned off a suspended ceiling that are ready to fall down on ur table. On top of everything service was slow. Server was nice but the service was slow overall. The shrimp scampi was excellent. Otherwise I would rate this experience as a 1.5 to a two. Not the first time this Olive Garden has disappointed

Today my best friend and I were disheartened when we were completely ignored during her table visits. She visited every table in the dining room, except for ours, asking the customers how their experience was. When she saw that we were Hispanic, she turned the other way and treated us as though our patronage to her restaurant was not of any value. Unfortunately due to this experience my family and I will no longer choose to dine here. We will also let others know of our experience. How sad it is to arrive at an excellent restaurant and feel discrimination from the person in charge on duty “Liz”. We were about to finish our meal and she asked the other diners what their experience had been except for us, it is the first time that I It happens and I feel great sadness since we are all equal in the eyes of God.The lady who served us “Nikky” was very kind at all times, apologized and knew how to address the incident.Before the manager leavesHowever, I leave this restaurant disappointed.

Kid-friendliness: Took the kids out for dinner at Olive Garden. They hasn’t been for years and we had a great time! Very accommodating and nice to kids and toddlers. The chicken and shrimp carbonara is still a favorite dish. The accompanying salad and breadsticks were enjoyed by all. Great family friendly place for a fun dinner out!

Absolutely everytime we come here there is a wait. A wait when there is more than 70% of the tables open is absolutely ridiculous. There are currently only 12 table occupied and just as many people waiting in the lobby.

We've gone to olive garden probably more than we should and out of all of our visits we have been treated beyond extraordinarily twice! This most recent visit we have been swept off our feet by Caine! Shout out to Caine thank you so much and keep up the amazing work! You were phenomenal!!

We were promptly seated upon arrival, but unfortunately, the wait for our food was excessively long, despite visiting during the afternoon when the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. This prolonged wait detracted from our overall experience. Additionally, we found the pricing of the dishes to be on the higher side.My husband and I decided to conclude our meal with two double espressos, which we specifically requested to be served after dinner. Regrettably, the espressos were brought out before our meal arrived. Though the waitress apologized and took them back, the subsequent espressos we received were not doubles as ordered, nor were they filled to the brim. Furthermore, they lacked the accompaniments that were initially with the drinks, such as a spoon and lemon. When we inquired if they were indeed doubles, the waitress affirmed, but it was evident that they were single espressos.Adding to the disappointment, the espressos were almost $10.00 and tasted horrible.Furthermore, the state of the restrooms was subpar; they were dirty and lacked paper towels.Overall, while the initial seating process was efficient and our waitress was nice, the extended wait time for food, discrepancies in the service of our espressos, and the unsatisfactory condition of the restrooms left us thoroughly dissatisfied with our experience at Olive Garden.

If I could give zero I would the service was okay Lisa the waitress was great the old hostess was rude and I ordered endless salad soup bread sticks and they ran out of breadsticks I well not return to this location thanks a lot
I have been seated waiting on a server to take my order for more than 15minutes….so frustrating!

We had 2 kids with us and the service took over an hour and a half. We ordered the kids food first plus one teens. ONE plate came out and a half hour later the other 2 came out after I asked for it. There were 4 adults. We had to ask for our food too. When we asked for drinks they always forgot one or more. I will NEVER come to an olive garden again. This was a HORRIBLE experience. My food was soup and breadsticks, well apparently NO bread sticks!!!!

We sat in this restaurant for over 20 minutes & no one came to the table to even say Hello. On my way out the door to told the manager what happened and he had an unsatisfactory response. I love Olive Garden but this was a very very ugly experience. I'm hoping it wasn't because the color of my skin. ?
