My wife and I stopped here for lunch today. I must say they really skimped on the chicken noodle soup bread bowl. There was hardly any soup in it and no broth. I didn’t want to be difficult but I should have asked for more soup. It’s like they only filled it halfway. My wife had the cheddar broccoli which was filled to the brim. Added to that the manager asked us if he were done and seemed to be rushing us out of there and clearly I still had a bread bowl and piece of bread I was in the middle of eating. I get they were swamped today but they shouldn’t be rushing customers out the door. I’ll still give this Panera another chance but if they skimp on the soup again I will point it out to them while I’m there.

One star for nice employees. Had to wait for someone I drove 7 am so thought I would get a bite and hang out with my tablet. I got a coffee and breakfast sandwich meh, small for the price and tiny amount of tasteless cheese. Lousy music. It was 36 degrees out and the ac was on. I do not like being hot but this place was an icebox. Only booths and tables no cute little comfortable areas to hang out in like other paneras.

I'd give it neg 10 if I could. 30 mins for 2 bagels wow. I watched full meals placed after our order go out. Hot chocolate that was Luke warm. I would not recommend. This was during a slower time I would hate to see what happens in a rush.

This place is horrible, and when it comes toCustomer service and preparing food. I’ve been to lots of Panera Bread locations, but nothing sucks like this one. Who burns the avocados on a sandwich? Don’t go here.
I've been to several locations of this Cafe chain and this is by far the worst, the employees don't take the food to the rapid pick up shelf and when you do go to pick up your food at the counter there's just tons of orders sitting there, they don't even have the decency to put the name on the bag, this is just the worst panara I've ever been too.

Food was good as expected and maintains the level of excellence. The lady at the register wasn't exactly a ray of sunshine and was very short with customers to the point of being rude. That said, the rest of the experience was fine.

Stopped in here before my son's orthodontist appt, and the food was trash. I took 2 bites and threw my sandwich away. Chicken was mush, my son's sandwich was dripping with water. Never again! Floor in the kitchen area, from what I could see from front counter, was dirty..wasn't busy, so some of the workers could have been cleaning it.

I use to love this place! Not only have the prices gone up, but then ar least keep the portions the same! I had 2 bite size of steak and silver of cheese for $10.00. You have to be kidding me. How disappointing. This will be the last time I will eat there. So so disappointing.
