“Decent Panera. Food was good and exactly what you'd expect. Ordering through the app leaves a little to be desired as it told us to pick up our food at the Rapid shelf. After waiting for 12 minutes after the time stated in the app, I went and asked the food prep counter, and our meal was ready back there, likely the whole time we waited. That's a bummer, even though I'm sure it was to keep our soups warm or something that's totally positive for the food. Also, the staff I interacted with was very friendly and pleasant, so zero ill will there. Would get food here again, but I'll go to the counter before waiting too long next time.“
“Stopped in for lunch with my wife and daughter...not my favorite place to eat. After looking at the menu I was pleasantly surprised at all the new items. I ended up ordering Chicken & Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt - Stacked Toasted Baguette...really good sandwich. I thought it would be a six inch so I ordered Mac and cheese. The sandwich is more like ten inches and was very filling...but I had to eat the Mac and cheese too because it was so very tasty. I was very happy with my lunch and will definitely go back again! Good job Panera!“
“Staff could not figure out how to process our gift card. Kudos to the manager for assisting and providing a credit for the face of the gift card. Food was very good, except the chicken sandwich only had one very thin sliced pickle and no lettuce as shown. Would like to see ingredients on the ordering kiosk instead of just a picture.“
