I ordered the garlic cheese crust stuffed pizza with BBQ sauce. They put a overload of BBQ sauce which completely ruined the pizza. I hope they reap what they sow for wasting my last $25 ?

We ordered 2 large pizzas and got 10 garlic sauces with the order and we got 2 out of 10. Ordered from doordash. We called and said we did not get the sauces we payed extra for. They said its doordashs fault. Mind you it said on the box that we got 10 garlic sauces. So we went to this location which we ordered from and they refused to give us what we ordered. After arguing and one manager/employee raising their voice, I even offered to pay again for the sauces that we did not get the first time. The employees and manager(s) are extremely rude and petty. Not to mention that they can hardly function at a fast food chain. Its ridiculous. The manager even asked one of the employees to give us the sauces we ordered and he still refused to give us the sauce. Seems crazy all over some sauces but they took it to a level where it was not needed. Eventually we got the sauces for free after the manager came back out and told this kid to give us what she told him to. He was just really rude and unprofessional. Should be fired.

Great beer, brisket sandwich was amazing. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All around great experience.

We had a delivery done at our job and were busy when they delivered so they sat it on our desk and headed out. When we went to eat we found that they brought regular sodas instead of diet. We cannot have regular because of the sugar. Called and asked them to bring two of the right sodas down and the manager flat out refused. After a bit of a discussion he hung up on us. We called him back and again he refused to fix it and hung up on us again. There was no abusive yelling or anything but just frustration from us. He said his delivery guy was too busy even though we were less than a quarter mile from the store. He started giving us the corporate number and I asked him if he was really going to do this for something so little. He hung up again. This far from the first time we placed an order with this store but it sure may be the last.

Did not get my food and called and talked to manager and they sent my order with door dash. I didn't order it with door dash. They wouldn't refund my 46 dollars. And I have no food!

They'll send your online order to DoorDash. Charge you $5 for delivery. You add a tip and then they deliver to the wrong address with 0 recourse and no way to contact DoorDash because you didn't order through DoorDash so you don't have a DoorDash number. Oh and DoorDash doesn't call you or contact you when delivered so there really is no way to contact anyway. Store offered 0 resolution.
My favorite pizza chain! The quality is always good. I love that I can easily order through the app and track the pizza. I prefer pick up over delivery because they are short staffed on drivers right now.

Ordered carry out for a total of $50. Order went through and as i was on my way at 9:15. Mind you i was in front of the store and the order was canceled as i was in front of the store. It was around 9:28pm. The store closes at 10pm. My question is why is the door closed before 10pm, lazy workers or what?

$24.79 before tax for this excuse for pizza. I should have stuck to the local Carusos where I would get a pizza twice this big for $19. These slices are the size of one's you get from Chuckie Cheese. Never Again.

drove 12 hrs today ordered my pizza at 8:44 was told 35-40 min still didn't have it at 10:10 called multiple times finally just canceled ot guess I get to raid the hotels snack bar because the manager of this papa johns doesn't understand how customer service Iworks
