Do not order here! I placed an online order ahead of time on 10/31 during their normal business hours and paid for it. Arrived at the restaurant and there were a sign on the door stating they were closed early. I left a message and emailed about getting refunded. 2 hours after the pick up time, I received an automated email stating they were going to refund me. I waited until the end of the business week and still no refund. I called several times, finally got someone, who states they have no idea about the refund and would call me back. I never received a phone call, have not been refunded, and am having to spend time calling my bank to dispute the charge.

I ordered a vegetable pizza and a cheese pizza. The vegetable pizza two pieces of the pizza with no cheese or vegetables on it. The cheese pizza was not pre cut at all. When i called about this i was offered no solution, just a "i just came in" and "okay bye". I was told the cheese shifts to the middle sometimes? Why have i never had this happen at any other pizza place ever? Safe to say, i will never come here again.

1st time and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service. We had the dog with us so just ordered to go and the lady brought out our meals. So Amazing. Good was worth the money and super delicious. My Aunt raves about their cheese steak but I had to try other things...I'm wild lol. Will definitely eat here again!!

If you want garbage customer service this is the place to come! Imagine giving this place business and they’re complaining about doing their job? If you cant handle the traffic why bother enlisting your restaurant in doordash? It’s not the dashers fault you guys cant keep up. Everyone has a job to do, do yours.(Update) Sad part is I wasn't rushing anybody and i never do. You guys were claiming i appeared 2 seconds before yall got the order yet i can only see what i can see on my side of the app and it was telling me the food should be ready two minutes after I arrived. Then you guys want to claim that you cant make a pizza appear in 2 seconds yet now you’re comenting it was 5? . Work on your customer service because i never rushed anyone i said i can only see my side of the app because im not the restaurant. If you guys hate dashers so much for doing their job why not just deal with Doordash at all? Dasher or Customer doesn't change the fact that guys Customer Service is garbage. Great customer service. Had trouble with a Groupon deal and they immediately worked with me. The walking taco pizza is the best taco style pizza I’ve ever had. Grab some of the house made salsa to put on it! It will change your life! Slamming!! Good job pitbullz!

Just placed an order through DoorDash, ordered an angus burger with bacon and cheese only , my burger came with all toppings and no bacon , empanadas were crispy burnt smh it’s a shame because the burger looks good

This place was in total disarray. We walked in and I think the owner was on the floor fixing machinery of some sort. They're was no air, nor available bathroom to wash your hands. The drop ceilings were stained from leaks. Looked totally dirty.The pizza I got was burnt on the bottom and the parmesan cheese had mold growing in the container!!!! The cheesteak roll was pretty crusty brown too! Maybe they were stale and toasted it from being fresh. It wasn't very tasty at all.We won't be coming back. I wonder if they're up to code with the board of health.
Order online using a third party. Order was not recived correctly by Pitbullz through no fault of their own.Made the food as fast as possible to help make up for it. Pizza was great. Typical mom/pop style pizza shop, currently undergoing renovations.My recommendation would be to call in your order, and then take it home with you.Will return.

This was our first time trying Pitbullz and we ordered through Uber Eats. We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and Carne Asada fries. Even though the pizza was missing the pepperoni, it was still great! It had sauce, cheese and seasonings which were yummy. The carna asada fries were hands down the best we've had! I gave them 5 stars because even without the pepperoni, the food was amazing and I can't wait to order again.

We like to try local nearby restaurants. The food here is pretty good-pizza,nachos,etc. but the place needs a re-do to spruce up the decor (inside & out). It was a mess and just didn't seem very clean. There is just no excuse for not cleaning the front doors! The staff are friendly & this place has real potential!
