Me and my husband ordered food last night from here delivery driver did a horrible job left are food in the hallway of our apartment building and the food wasn’t done how we wanted it. We called and spoke to a female manager to let her know our issue she gave us a full refund credit on our order we called today to order with the credit another female manager was rude saying smart remarks in the background and not willing to help at all saying she couldn’t help us that we only can get $20 credit after we spent $50.people like her should not be mangers at all horrible horrible I will be fileing a complain to corporate about her . But the genetal man cashier panek was outstanding and helped us resolve the issue as best as possible to make sure we get our credit he spoke to the manager from the day before and she told the female manager to give us the credit so panek took our order without any issues and stated he was going to make our food and make sure it was done properly thank you panek keep up the great work man. ??????

They have been consistent on food preparation and having it ready when they say they will. I wish the app/website wasn't so glitchy. I always feel bad (as a former cook) when I see just one person running around prepping orders and running register sometimes but thankfully it isn't often or last too long until someone comes to helpParking: I've been fortunate that every time I have gone to pick up my Take Out there is always parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking (i think) but someone has to help open the door if one needs that kind of assistance.

We had visited Lancaster during the holidays. Our family ordered from this location and unfortunately our order was mixed up with someone else’s. We were too far to return and have it corrected. I informed their staff and was super impressed by the responsiveness. The manager went above and beyond when I reached out and seemed sincerely apologetic. She went above and beyond to make it right. We will try again next year and I am hoping her hard work pays off : )

Ordered my food through the Pizza Hut App. Went to pickup and they said they never got it the order. Very ridiculous. Then I looked at my email that had a confirmation and same exact store address. Needs better Management .
Always did a great job. This time I don't know what happened. Bread sticks Burnt and cheese bread wasn't. It was cheesey bread.

Incomplete order and no care or accountability and ALL for $60…One cheese pizza, one personal, cheese bread and cheese sticks with a few sauces.Unreal.

Omg don't order online for delivery. They use doordash drivers, not their own delivery drivers and dashers steal food or tamper with it! And Doordash will not refund you!
