I put in my order for this location at 2:25pm on July 23, 2020. I had gotten my receipt and my estimated delivery time which was 2:55pm. I waited until 3:10pm to call about my order and got someone who didn’t know what I was talking about so the young women put me on the phone with someone who did. When I had explained to the manager (I think) that I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes on my food. I’ve also been tracking it and it wasn’t updating. She had lied to me saying that they’re having problems with the delivery system tracker and that she called the doordash person and said he was going to be there in 5 minutes. Then when I got off the phone to check my updates, the app all of a sudden updated and I was getting text updates through the app and my phone. We got our food at 3:55pm. This Pizza Hut location is 6 minutes away from where I live. So you tell me how does it take an hour to deliver food? Poor service if I could give this Pizza Hut a zero star I would. I’m so upset that I decided to write a review and I never write reviews.

Have always ordered cheese sticks and requested extra seasoning but hold the sauce. I was given the sauce which I don't use but told they can no longer add extra seasoning because they are a dine-in restaurant and get too busy. This is during Covid-19, and there is no dine-in! Plus I was the only customer the whole time I sat in the parking lot after I ordered! Not customer friendly! I'm going to a different Pizza Hut from now on!

From a “door dasher” perspective! Highly recommend. The folks there are great. Always in the right PPE. Social distance. And the food is always hot and fresh. Cherry on top: Super friendly people If your doing a night in and some great fresh pizza dashed to ya. I recommend this place!

Absolute worst customer service i have ever witnessed will never use this company again. Avoid this location at all cost. I emailed corporate about my experience and they told me 2 weeks ago someone would contact me. Yeah right i called that store and that manager is a joke basically laughing at my concerns over contactless service but made me come in to get my order because it was raining lightly. Good luck because this company should be bought out. Dont waste your time money or effort to come pick up anything from this location or use this company.

2.5 stars. There is absolutely no consistency with their food. I order almost every weekend. Every time the pizza looks different. I might get a pizza thats thinner than hair or a stuffed crust that looks like its thin n crispy. Pizza with no sauce and dried out. But there is also times that the pizza comes out perfect. So every time you order is a gamble.

Pizza hut is wonderful. In the chain pizza place game, no other place can even step to The Hut. I just adore a meat lovers pan pizza. Complete Transcendence.

We haven't been to this location in many years! Miss the table top style Pacman game?they had when I was a kid! It's much brighter & cleaner than it had been. Food was delicious. Service was great. We'll be back

Horrible service!! I put my order in and selected delivery. After 1 hr of waiting, we tried calling them but they never picked up. I was 5 TIMES and they never picked up!! So I drove over there only to be met with a rude lady who claimed she was the manager, who then proceed to tell us they don't deliver. RUDE SERVICE and DONT ORDER from here no matter how cheap the pizza is!
