We got 2 large pan pizzas delivered to our house from the Centerville Pizza Hut.. 1 pepperoni and 1 supreme. The pepperoni pizza was baked thru but the supreme was not baked thru and the crust was soft and definitely not done. The supreme pizza just fell apart. Pizza Hut is expensive and we are disappointed to say the least.

I am somebody who never leaves reviews. I’m starting to realize that I really need to. My wife and I moved into the area a year and a half ago and haven’t had good service at any pizza place near us. So here is my review for this Pizza Hut location. I have attempted to order food from this location four times in a year and a half - here are my reviews of those four times:1st time - ordered pizza and breadsticks to be delivered. Pizza came, but no breadsticks. Called and they said I could either be refunded or have them delivered, I opted for them to be delivered (since I wanted the food that I ordered). Never heard anything and they never came within an hour and a half. I called back and said “could I just have a refund?” Guy told me that I could but he’d do it at the end of the night. Guess what — that refund never happened. I called the next day and got the “official” manager and told him the situation. He told me that he would refund my money and also add $10 to my “account” for the next time I ordered. That money was refunded. When I went to order again, the $10 “on my account” wasn’t there. I figured “oh well”. That was extra, no biggie.3rd time ordering, I ordered via online app with 1 hr and 2 minutes until closing. My app showed that this Pizza Hut confirmed the order. An hour and a half later, with no change to app, I tried to call and it said that this location “canceled” my order. Clearly this was a “eh, I don’t feel like making this order and delivering it with only an hour until quitting time” mindset.4th time ordering - we ordered tonight at 7pm. Order from the “fast” pizza chain came at 8:21pm and our pizza and breadsticks were cold.Obviously, if you are the manager of this establishment, I’d suggest figuring out a way to lead your people better. Your employees obviously do not care, and it shows to their customers. I’m not sure why it took four attempts, but we will not be ordering from you all again. Just wanted to make sure the community knew this as well though.

So when I ordered this pizza online it was a large pepperoni and cheese thin and crispy and had it delivered but the reason for the review is when I ordered the pizza I put a 33¢ tip to have it rounded to 25$ flat but I had cash to tip the driver and I ordered it around 1:15 1:20 and it was scheduled to be delivered at 1:57 and I got a out for delivery message around 1:34 and ever since that nothing even on the website it said it was out for delivery I check my porch around 2:15 and it’s sitting there on the floor no doorbell rings no knock at the door it was just sitting there cold and who knows how long it was there for and to make it worse the pizza was just horrible looking and when I got in my car to take it back to the store the driver left Pizza Hut trash in my parking lot…I did get a refund the manger was nice but it’s just the worst service I’ve ever received from an establishment I can assume over 33¢.

My wife managed a Pizza Hut in the 80's and they had standards for cleanliness. This store has none. I'm surprised the health department hasn't closed them down.
Food & staff is good consistently every week, & I shamelessly order pizza once a week due to their great hospitality. Remembers my name when I go in, great location!

Very very disappointed with our delivery tonight!! They forgot the two pastas we ordered and when the breadsticks arrived in the bag, the bag was saturated, and I mean saturated with oil throughout… pretty nasty!!! and on top of that when we pulled the breadsticks out of the saturated bag, the small cup of marinara sauce that was in the bag, the lid was opened, getting the sauce all over the breadsticks. What a mess!they rely on DoorDash delivery associates as of late which I’m new to that, therefore there’s no packaging container vs.when the Pizza Hut delivery drivers bring the food.

The cook made our pizza after taking cash from a previous customer and didn't even wash his hands or put gloves on. I mentioned this to him after taking my food and he said we don't have to wear gloves... I said how about washing your hands... He had no comments or did not even apologize!
