Got a table on a beautiful busy Sunday evening as soon as we walked in. Service was good in that we were able to place our orders fast and food came out super fast BUT the service person never came back to check if we needed anything, which we would have liked hot sauce ? while we were eating. The restaurant seemed to be fully staffed which is sometimes an issue in these times.

Used to like this place but was honestly very disappointed. Stuck in a booth by the kitchen, music was so loud it’s difficult to have a conversation with the person across from you and half the reason we drove 40 minutes out was because of a coupon I had for $10 off. Wasn’t until the end of our meal when I went to pay did the server tell me the coupon isn’t good on a Sunday?! I’ve never heard of a coupon only being valid certain days ever in my life. On top of that the bill was over $60 for two without alcohol. This will be my absolute last trip here. I can make better quality Mexican cuisine at home.

The chef at this Azteca is the best chef ? The food was delicious. The waiter Nelson was very friendly. I definitely prefer guiding from Reading to Lancaster.

Updated:Tried this place again after 3 years.. we love it here now! Great food, service is 8/10, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Even on busy nights, the wait is 30 mins or less.

Food was delicious, and they graciously accommodated our large party on a Saturday night !
The food is phenomenal. Dining in is always a nice experience but when ever I order take out they always mess up the order, the chips are never fresh. It seems as the kitchen staff and front entrance staff don’t care about the orders for takeout customers and do not read the instructions of what a customer actually wants. They just prep the food and send it out with no regards. Plaza Azteca please do better with takeout and delivery orders.

As this was my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance of the restaurant. We were seated quickly and promptly greeted by our server. She-Kathy- explained several entrees, brought our drinks and graciously took our orders. Our meals were outstanding. The manager stopped by briefly and we chatted. I truly enjoyed our time there. I will return, thank you so much.

We just had dinner on Friday evening. It was PACKED! We put our names in kiosk and grabbed a drink at the bar. Within minutes we got a text and they seated us. We were approached by our waitress right away and ordered. We had some special requests with our food. The food came out so fast and like always was delicious. Being it was so busy we thought maybe they would not listen to our request for changes on our meals. They did AMAZIN! Didn’t forget anything and the food was outstanding! The waitress was polite and fast. She didn’t bother us yet made sure drinks were full and we had everything we needed. This place has been around for a bit now. Yet the service and food, keeps getting better! Plaza Azteca in Lancaster, PA is absolutely a great place!

Absolutely love this place it's become our spot of every taco Tuesday for over 4 months and will continue to be. The service is top notch for as busy as they are, I've never waited more then 15 minutes from stepping in to the building to sitting and ordering and food arrival, every server I've gotten (all different so far) they've all been beyond amazing I've never dropped my tip from 10 bucks they all deserve that if not more, and the atmosphere of the place makes for feel like home. Also I really enjoy the magician that they have for entertainment while you wait.
