Ordered jumbo shrimp they were small. Ordered with the app which advertised free wings with $10.00 purchase. They would not honor it, told me it was the apps fault . Extremely disappointed ☹️

First time eating at Popeyes. Not impressed. Food was so-so. Same with the "cajun" fries. Good choice of sides, but nothing is pulling me back in for more. Very similar to KFC in quality of food and side choices.

Arrived and was the only drive thru customer when we got there. However, it got busy after us. When we ordered they told.us it would be 4 minutes for tenders which is fine. It took 20 mins and my husband getting out of the car for us to get our order. Many people and cars were served and received their food after us. Place needs better management.Neither of the two workers bringing food out seemed to see a problem with the situation either.
Decided to get Fried Chicken at Popeye's. This is the closest location to where I live. We've tried other places that sell fried chicken, but some of those others run out of chicken. We tried another local place, but this location of Popeye's chicken tastes better than other competitors that have fried chicken on their menu. We wanted take-out. Opted out of burgers because Mom won't eat those unless we cook them ourselves. Chicken was the only option as far as take out goes for us. Good thing it was a hit. The food made it home hot, and Mom loved the taste of the chicken and the mashed potatoes. We'll be back soon for more great tasting chicken.

The drive through service is horrible. We waited 30+ minutes for our order to be brought out and we had to go in and get it because it was taking so long. The drive through worker had an attitude when we pulled up to order and then was on their cell phone talking to someone when we got to the window to pay. Will never be coming to this Popeyes again.

Popeyes has some great chicken and some delicious chicken sandwiches, the fried chicken is usually juicy and not too greasy. Sometimes you do get the flavor of old oil, but to be expected from a fast food chain.Sometimes the drive-thru service can be slow but overall quicker than Chick-fil-A
