Online orders were not being fullfilled while many people were waiting to pick up their online orders. Some people had their food refunded because it was taking so long. Awful experience. The people waiting for their online orders was not being acknowledged.

Super good! Ordered online and food was ready asap. Much better than their competitors in my opinion. Well seasoned meat, and their guac is probably the best I've had next to Roburrito's. Very happy and will definitely make this one of my regular lunch spots.

I thoroughly enjoy the food at Qdoba but if I didn’t at the slightest less, I wouldn’t make an attempt in returning to this location.Service lacks extremely here, especially when they have employees more concerned with making Tik-Toks at the front counter than taking a customers order (yes, I experienced this here).Making it part of Park City Mall and having to deal with the parking and traffic that comes with that, it’s not a location I find myself going out of my way to visit unless craving it heavily. I would suggest not ordering a head or for delivery because your order has a less than 50% chance of being correct and always ends up missing at least something.All-in-all - now that this Qdoba is the only one in Lancaster, it leaves me no choice to say —— just go to Chipotle unless visiting the mall.

Food was so good! The portions were large and it really hit the spot after going around the mall. The guac was also very good. I think it's one of my favorite spots for a burrito now.

I had a long day at work and I was so excited to eat here. This is my Favorite place to eat!!! Once I arrived it was 6:40pm on a Sunday and they refused to serve me. They closed 20 minutes early. What a disappointment!

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! The general manager was pleasant and paid for me and my friends meal! She then also gave us free coupons for next time! Like what!! Not to mention the food was delicious! They stuffed my quesadilla. I will definitely be back thank you so very much!

Went to this restaurant today, and it was an amazing experience!! The atmosphere was great, the general manager was so sweet, and the food was delicious. I have never been here before but I will definitely return.
I can't give any stars on the food because we were turned away. they were not excepting any walk in diners. You could only get food if you ordered it online. They said order it online and wait. Well neither my daughter or I had the app downloaded on our phone. So we walked out and left. I specifically drove to the mall just to have Qdoba because the one close to me closed. They need better management that can figure out how to handle walk in diners as well as the online orders. Very poorly managed. I would have given 0 stars if I could because we were turned away at 5:30pm. It wasn't closing time.

I order my food through door dash and every time I order what I do they always forget my 3 cheese queso. That is what make the bowl. I have been credited back my money but I want what I paid for and I tried to call and no one answers the phone the recording just comes on. I love their food but at least complete my order.

I love Mexican food, so wanted to stop in and try Qdoba since they don't have one near me back home. The food seemed fresh and they have a lot of options. Prices are pretty decent and they serve good portions. Nice place for a cheap and yummy lunch!
