Amazing food, but service not so good. I come here about once a month with my family for a late dinner..you’d think the staff would greet or smile or something. My husband and I agreed we won’t be returning due to not feeling welcome

First time at a Qdoba. The staff was wonderful but you could tell the appliances needed to really be updated. The food was pretty good. Almost like a bubbakoos or a Chipotle. Nothing too special about it.

If I could give zero stars I would! Because quite frankly the staff at this location does not deserve the 4 star review that Google maps has given them! First impression we were met with a huge dirt pile at the beginning of the line and a horrid smell upon entering. Then when we ordered the steak fajita quesadilla we were given the worst attitude for doing so. They kept making remarks about spitting into the veggies they were frying up at which point the guy cooking replied "Oh go ahead IDC. You'll just have to deal with your wife". So joking or not its still literally stomach turning. Then the entire time we're waiting for our food we were stuck standing there listening to the 3 ppl working at the time complain about having to even make them for us... We waited to get our food for a good 15 min which isn't a big deal if they were busy or something but we were literally the only 2 ppl in the restaurant at the time! We waited that long bc the two went back and forth about who needed to make them bc neither of them wanted to... I honestly have never felt so awkward in a restaurant before in my life!!! I sure hope management does something about this so that it can be avoided in the future bc I can honestly say that your going to lose a lot of business.

Super dirty, food looked like it had been sitting out all day and the utensils used to serve were absolutely disgusting. Definitely do not recommend.

Pretty good Mexican food. Similar to chipotle where you pick and choose your ingredients. Girl behind the counter was really nice and helpful explaining all the options. The restaurant itself was dirty. No clean tables to sit at we had to pick one and clean it ourselves. Was slow so no excuse that the dining room wasn't taken care of. While we were eating a girl came out and started wiping down tables and putting chairs up on top of them like they were closing. But there was still about 90 mins to go before closing. Slamming chairs onto the tables even right next to us while we were eating. Super rude and annoying attitude. I'll find somewhere else to go next time.

We were visiting Pittsburgh to attend a religious ceremony with a political event. We got hungry halfway and found this gem along the highway. The bowl was very fresh with tasty Plant based meat. Service was nice and the server was generous in their portion. Really good experience!

It's been a while since we visited a Qdoba but I remember the portions being a lot larger and not as expensive. For $20 we received two very small burritos that looked like together they may have been one. We watched the over thrilled (sarcastic) staff make the burritos and questioned her on the small scoop of chicken, She just looked at us like "bring it on." The tow girls behind the counter were either not happy to be working or didn't like us for whatever that reason may be. They were less than pleasant, we had to initiate the conversation when we walked in. We stood there looking at the menu and then waited for the girl to at least look up - nope - we had to say we were ready. This was very disappointing, although I know it is hard to get staff, if this was my restaurant and their service attitude happened a second time, they would be fired. Shame on you Qdoba!

I'm surprised to see the poor reviews, I passed this place a thousand times before ever trying it out and it's always been beyond fantastic, I usually get a burrito and my wife usually gets a quesadilla but the last 3 time she got the tacos and might even like them more. Everything is so fresh & tasty. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because my last 3 visits had issues, I think due to new staff & also an issue with their online ordering system, 3 visits ago the burrito was completely wrong, wrong wrap, wrong rice and missing any sauce, 2 visits ago I order 2 iced teas and got 1 iced tea and a water and the last visit they left off a bag of chips. Hopefully that gets cleaned up and it will be 5 stars for sure.
Found a hair in my food. After not having Qdoba for years, and finding that... I definitely won't be eating there ever again!
