I online order so I don’t get the chance to see them put the ingredients in so maybe that’s my issue. First time I ever ordered they gave me spoiled avocado which was inedible. I gave them another chance and tried them again, this time they completely forgot my avocado and swapped my $3 cookie for a $.99 pack of lays chips instead of just refunding my money for the cookie. Will not be back again and will instead just go to Panera or Sheetz for a salad.

Very disappointing. The staff did not make my wrap correct, it was not make in a bowl and mixed, a few ingredients were thrown on the wrap, hardly any lettuce was included within it. Was not very good at all. I heard the team member say he is gonna make it this way because he didn’t want to do dishes to the other team member. On top of all of this service was very slow, and they made the wrong salad for my wife. Will not be visiting again not worth $30 dollars for 2 people. Very disappointed.

I will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again after what happened on the phone this morning. I called to get a refund that I was promised for almost a week now then they kept hanging up on me. I can hear them talking in the background that they don’t owe me a refund they or they don’t know what I’m talking about, but won’t let me talk to a manager, this is very disrespectful and I will not be coming back. I’ll be fighting my money.

The quality has gone down soooo much. One tiny container of dressing. House made croutons are now store bought, soup was extremely watery and salty. I understand it’s a tough environment and economy but $30 for 2 people for nothing is a lot.

I said no, a small or medium sized regular cup (with water, ice water) she was cold about it and carefree, after a customer was upset that I could not have a small or medium size FREE CUP , A CUP OF WATER ,"" WATER" ? That I just paid an arm & a leg for, than tryin' to Rob me soda price for WATER !!!!(waters free), charging me for WATER ??????SHE was trying 2 charge a already bought & paid customer $2.36 for a Fuk'N Cup of WATER ‼️? WTH is wrong with people.I pay Almost $13.OO for a *SALAD" don't even fill the bowl up with LETTUCE, AND NOW , U trying to charge me $2.36 for A CUP OF WATER!!! water is free. So she was making me pay $2.36 for A CUP, A PLASTIC CUP.? AND CHARGING ME FOR THE PRICE OF SODA INSTEAD OF WATER, WATER IS FREE I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WERE BEING JERKS ON PURPOSE OR THE OWNERS & OR MANAGEMENT ARE THE JERKS ‼️ SICKENING, TOTTAL SICKENING AND COLD STANDOFFISH BEHAVIOR AS WELL !!! Great healthy fast salad. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I did a make your own salad with spinach, tomatoes, chickpeas, cucumber, avocado, olives, edamame, and crispy onions. I had green goddess dressing. Everything was fresh and perfect. I also enjoyed the bun. The portion was large and filling

Staff was very friendly and my salad was good. There appeared to be some spoiled avocado (maybe was left out too long?) still in the metal tins. Some of the lettuce was browning, but I saw the employee throwing it out. Otherwise, good experience.

So here is my take, i want to love this place…. The prices are wayyyyy too much. But more importantly every time I’ve been i feel rushed and like I’m an inconvenience. I have been quite a few times and it’s happens almost every time. So, that and the prices are the reason for the low number of stars.
