I’m putting 3 stars because I’m honestly just kind of confused on what they meant by this. I worked in food and as a barista for a few years so I’m always really nice to service workers in drive thrus cause I know how frustrating some customers can be. I thought I had a really good interaction with the girl who took my order, even laughed together a little bit, but I guess they thought I had bad vibes? This store is always so friendly! Always greeted by the ladies especially the morning ones and they are all so nice and welcoming. The environment is great with lots of seating for work and a great atmosphere with even outdoor seating with a light up fountain. One of the nicer Starbucks I have actually been too. It's a great place to see people and be a regular for them moving forward!

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks location! All of the employees are so friendly and the way the store is decorated is always so nice. Getting a sticker on my drink when I go through the drive-thru never fails to make me smile :).
