I ordered a simple BLT sub with crispy bacon. The gentleman was training someone some of this made it even worse when I realized what he had done. Instead of crisping the bacon first, he put it on the bun and toasted the bun twice to crisp the bacon. The bread was so hard that I could not bite it, but unfortunately I was already across town. So I tried calling them to report the issue. I rang their phone for 14 minutes straight without anyone answering. No Satisfaction and a terrible sandwich. I will not return to that Subway.

My recent visit to Subway in Lititz Pike left me with mixed feelings. While the overall experience was average, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the service was a little slow. Our server seemed overwhelmed and took longer than expected to fulfill our order. The food was ok and I could notice a more than-optimal quality ingredients. The staff was polite and accommodating. Additionally, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere.Overall, my experience at Subway in Lititz Pike was average. While the slow service and items were ok, the polite staff and cleanliness of the restaurant were redeeming factors.

Last time said we needed a physical coupon, this time had one and they even say they have a sign to tell them you have a coupon and they said those don't work here and that was all...that was after the two kids talked after they went back to talking. They did t even say what kind worksOnces there was a kid who did a job half well that was all.Parking: Parking is good

My service was great. The only thing was they were very busy and didn't have much help. Seems like new generation of upcoming adults are left alone to figure everything out on their own. Great job for taking care of the amount of people that evening with great customer service!Kid-friendliness: I was looking for a kids menu, but didn't see one.

Worked here for 8 months but then stopped getting hours and got ghosted by my manager when I confronted her about stealing the employees online tips. Extremely unprofessional management.

Probably one of the best subway I have been too. Super nice staff and reasonably price. They really care about customer

They don’t accept coupons that’s greed. Almost $15 for a sub and a soda is too much.

The service wasn't very great, and the food seemed old.

The woman who assisted me never spoke; thankfully I knew what to expect as she went down the line. She didn't know the difference between cucumbers and sweet peppers and looked shocked when I told her I did not want cucumbers. She never smiled (let alone made eye contact), never told me my total but instead waited for me to insert my credit card to pay and never even said thank you. When I said "thank you" her response was to simply grunt. To top it off, she sneezed without covering her mouth. The customer service here sucks. P.S. it is not painful to smile!

I come here relatively often because it’s one of the healthier food options in the immediate area and I work very close by. There’s an individual that’s working just about every single time I visit, darker skin, short black hair, beard. He’s usually very short with me and mumbles when he speaks and often carries a bit of an attitude which, whatever. I can handle that for myself. He always seems tired, and it’s okay to be tired. He always seems overworked, and if that’s the case subway needs to do something about that. I know I have my bad days too, but never in the history of working have I ever huffed, sighed, and rolled my eyes at a customer for ordering food, the way he did to the woman in front of me today. She was there with, what I assume was, her handicap son, and elderly mom and dad, just trying to get something to eat. She had ordered two subs for two of them, and when the sandwich artist was done he screamed their total over the counter to them while she was not even at the resister. When she said she needed two more sandwiches, he cursed under his breath and rolled his eyes and was extremely poor in his choice of attitude. He had never asked her how many subs she was getting in total and the lady even asked politely. The young lady who took my order was very kind and my sandwich tasted fine; however, the way that employee interacted with that women ruined my experience in that store and I’m opting to not return here. I can’t support a business that allows it’s employees to treat others in the way this man is constantly treating customers.

Don’t believe the website and door signage that indicate that they open at 9AM. Door is locked, lights are off and the phone isn’t answered.
