The girl working that day 3/23/2024 around 6:15 pm did not acknowledge me at all. She was on her personal phone and having a very disrespect conversation. Was there for almost 15 minutes waiting and she did not look or talked to me at all. Poor customer service. The reason I think twice walking into this. I walked out to go to another restaurant and all she did was walk to the back and did not come out. I wish I could give -stars for this location.

Online order? BEWARE. No one is there!I came in with my kid at 7:50, and there was one person working. She was making a sandwich for someone, and had a friend munching on chips in the dining area. She said she was about to close (they close at 10:30pm) and wouldn't make anymore food and was leaving soon. MY real concern is that if she leaves at 8pm and no one is there, but you can still order online (I have been checking, and they will certainly let you order and pay) no one is there making your food. I like to frequent this place. There aren't many sub places on this side of town. I don't necessarily blame the girl working (altho, she could have locked the door, put up a sign, something to say they were closed). Clearly there is a lack of management if there is no one to cover shifts. The owner of this franchise must not care to employ a manager? Assistant manager? Shift manager? The prices have raised pretty high, pretty quickly, so you would think they'd be on top of staffing.Especially since It's been super busy ever since the 5 below opened next door.

I come to this subway a lot we just sat in the parking lot waiting on our order 935 hits when the order is supposed to be done we waited because there were people inside ordering I understand that, but then at 945 he calls and says he can't do my order because he's too backed up. Just annoyed that we sat here since 920 waiting for our order to find out he's not gonna do our order. Hope I get my refund

We came in with a coupon that gave us two foot long sandwiches for 12.99. The system said the coupon was expired but the cashier was able to put it in the system and for two sandwiches and two drinks it cost us only 10.69. The service was great and the people working there was nice. Recommend this subway. ?Parking: Easy parking.

The high management of this establishment is incredibly unprofessional. letting go of good employees and since then that store which I used to love going to has been doing terrible and completely unsanitary.

Store manager is very rude and treats customers and employees like garbage been there a couple of times seened how she acted towards employees said she shouldn’t treat people like that and she literally told me I can’t step foot in there no more . She needs to be evaluated and let go she is very unprofessional

This location has gone way down hill. Employees use the same gloves to handle both meat and veggies for different orders, and then you get the sandwich in the picture. Like what is this? No napkins in order, no thank you at the end, or good day. Just a sandwich that was crush rolled which shows that these employees are just not trained.

Coming in to this location I was instantly greeted with a smile. While looking at the menu my wife started her order and when I place my orders I love to ask about what the employee who works at the location what their favorites are. I had the pleasure of eating a delicious sandwich created by Ashley. I had high expectations and it was all met with great quality and service. Thank you. Will be back to try this sandwich out again !!

Always good service and when I place a mobile order it's right every time! I can't say as much for other subways in the area. This has become our go to place. Thank you for the great subs and service!

Used mobile app and it said food was ready. Got there and food was not there. There were only 2 customers and myself. I waited then an additional 30 mins for 2 subs that were ordered via mobile app and sat at my house for 15 mins till app said food was ready and I had 5 min drive and then waited 30 mins in the store. So in total waited 50 mins for 2 subs. When got home subs were not great. They were loaded with mayo and mustard that the bread was extremely soggy and falling apart. All other ingredients were skimped on. My wife was mad and threw hers in the trash. Usually, when I came here in past everything was great and no complaints.
