Just like thousands of others, I got super curious about sweedish candy, and decided to order a few things from Sweetish. Yes, the wait times are longer right now, however, these wonderful people have done an incredible job at making sure their customers were aware of every single delay and other challenges that they faced as a small business. I am so happy that I decided to order from this company, and I will do it again and again, the candy is just THAT GOOD! I got a sour mix, and a sweet mix, and some extra sour cola skulls. The mixes have a really good variety of different things, everything is super fresh and delicious.

Okay so since i havnt gotten an update or my orders here we go. I placed 2 orders with this company and am currently at business day 25 and 22 since placing the orders. I emailed asking for an update on 3/25, got a response on 3/27 saying there was a 12-15 business day processing time. I explained in my opening email that it was almost a month since the order was placed so whoever is answering emails didn’t even bother to check the order dates before rattling off a copy and paste response. When i responded that though i understand there’s a lag my orders have exceeded the wait time of 12-15 days and id like an update they said they can’t provide one? Now at business day 22 and 25 this is insane that they still havnt shipped and their website still says 12-15 days processing. I know these candies went viral and i understand the surge in business but getting emails about how they’re able to process 600+ orders a day expecting their flowers and praise when you can’t even provide me an update on orders that are coming up on a month old?

I’ve never left a negative review before but unfortunately I feel like I don’t have a choice. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I’ve had a positive experience ordering candy from this shop in the past. This current order of mine was placed on February 24 when orders were 8-12 business days. It’s now business day 25. The emails have been vague and no help in trying to understand when my order would actual ship. Now I find out order numbers that are above mine and were placed after me have already shipped out which makes me think my order isn’t getting shipped at all. Not sure what’s going on but it’s disappointing. I love supporting small businesses but this doesn’t sit right with me. I’ve since cancelled both orders I had pending after reading other reviews that people weren’t getting the candy they ordered and were never emailed about approving replacements. Can’t believe people are waiting almost 2 months for their order and then not even receiving what they purchased. I really think the owners of this company need to hire someone better qualified to manage their emails and social media.

It’s been about 41 days since I placed my order and the status has not changed as to when and if I’ll ever recieve it. The nonstop emails about delays per date ordered are incessant, and it’s clear I may never know if I’ll get the candy or if it will be fresh. I have emailed support 25+ days after placing the order and recieved a very generic and redundant response without any info on tracking, even though I made it very easy and provided my order number and info. I don’t know if I should wait anymore or dispute this charge. Highly disappointed. I just don’t think you should be accepting that many orders if you can’t keep up with demand, small business or not, it’s just unprofessional.

Ordered when there was a 8-12 business day processing time. Then was sent an email that the processing time changed to 15 business days (after I ordered). I know they are a small business and I appreciated the communication and was fine with waiting. However, I am now at business day 26 after asking multiple times for an update on my order and there are other people requesting updates who are being ignored.Wish I could give zero stars, ordered because they said they had all bubz in stock. Finally get my order after over 30 days and 3/4 lb of candy is swapped out because they don’t have bubz in stock and I did not approve of the swap outs. I have almost a pound of candy I can’t eat now.

Ordered 2/18 and have been patiently waiting, two weeks in a row I was told my order would ship, now I’m being told it will ship when I move to the front of the queue. Most of the items I ordered are sold out and received no update on my order, no emails in spam either.Edit: my order shipped, and half my order was replaced with stuff we won’t eat. They did not communicate they were sold out and I waited over a month to not get what I ordered. Not happy.

This candy went VIRAL in such a quick time. I ordered not only one, not two, but literally a total of 4 orders from this company. I love them! With the influx of customers they’ve received over the last couple of months, not only are they friendly, but also understanding & helpful! I ordered some candy & thought I would really like them just from reading & seeing others reactions. I didn’t really have the same taste buds & was able to switch up my future orders. The team was beyond accommodating & even more. When you’re emailing this company, remember.. they are Humans. We are all not perfect, but man do they do a really great job of trying to make it right no matter what. Be kind & respectful, they are literal humans! If you’re looking to try delicious Swedish treats, this is the store! Patience is a virtue, I promise you’ll be very satisfied with your candies. Thank you so much!! I am on day 39 with no accurate update in my large order. Placed my order on 2/18 when handling times were 12-15 days as advertised. Around the 25 day mark I sent an email inquiring about an update. I was told my order would ship out by the end of the week. It didn’t. I sent another email again, just asking for an accurate and honest update, to which I was told it would again ship out by the end of that week. Friday rolled around and there were no updates to my order. I am understanding of the increase in orders and even a long wait time, as long as I know that going into it. As others have stated I think honesty would go a long way as well as shutting down the website to get caught up if the increase in orders put you this far behind. At the end of the day, it’s candy, it’s not that serious but I hope improvements are made moving forward so others do no have the same experience I, as well as others, had.Edit 3/28/2024: I got a notification today that my order has shipped. Will update once I receive it & adjust my review accordingly.

Feeling disappointed I have ordered from this company a few different times and I have always been impressed by them! Even though some of the stuff is expired which they state when you buy it so that’s not an issue for me at all it’s fun getting deals on stuff to try and see if you like! But I placed an order on feb 21st expecting with their delays that they stated that it would be here in time for Easter. Well then I got another email with promotions for Easter with the Easter eggs and other Easter type candy! Well when I got that email I placed a second order thinking k for sure this one will be here by Easter as well. A month went by and I emailed them asking if the first order would be delivered by Easter and they responded saying that they are trying to get all the Easter specific orders out first and they would add mine to the stack. Which leaves me to believe that the order I placed back in February has just kept getting pushed off because they advertised for Easter even though they were way way way behind on orders to begin with so in order to keep Easter customers happy they pushed the rest of the previous orders off and if I hadn’t emailed them asking then who knows when the first order I placed in February would ship.. between the 2 orders I have spent close to $200USD. Which like I said I have ordered from them a few other times and I had a fabulous experience so supporting this family business was fun to do! Well I emailed them again asking if they have an update on my order if it has shipped and if it will be here by Easter they responded with a tracking number. I tracked it and it won’t be here until after Easter.. I’m disappointed in the fact that I spent a good amount of money way ahead of Easter to be prepared and give them extra time to get to my orders and they chose to just keep pushing it off and serving other customers first. Customers that came close to a month after my order was already placed due to their promoting more business. They could have purchased a different shipping option to ensure that the order arrived in time but they chose usps ground shipping and now it won’t be here until after. I feel to bad to cancel the order as we will still eventually eat the candy but it’s purpose will be over due by the time it arrives and also it has already shipped so it seems to be a headache to pay for return shipping and some of the items I purchased were final sale. I also don’t think it’s fair to keep saying that their employees don’t need to read negative reviews that they are working so hard! I completely agree that the employees are working their tail ends off and they don’t deserve negative feedback the owners (employers) should not have advertised for more business and put more strain on their employees!! They should have stopped taking orders so that they could have time to communicate with their customers and give their employees a little slack! Instead they pushed more work onto their employees and then blamed the customers for being upset that they are doing all they can do! I’m hoping that after this rush of business they will look over how they treated their long term customers not just their customers that wanted to join a tik tok trend because those customers are around for a brief second until a new trend pops up!

Placed an order on 2/18 and was informed it would take 8-12 business days. Ok. Received and email roughly a week later and it stated they were behind and orders were taking 12-15 business days. Sure. Things change. It happens.Fast forward a few weeks and business day 15 passed with no word. I sent an email on 3/13 requesting info on my order. Got a mass email stating orders were taking 12-15 business days. They finally replied to my email 3 days later -which would be business day 21 for my order BTW- stating that my order would go out that week. 18th- 22nd. Both emails emphasized that they were on a 12-15 business day schedule even though I emailed after this time frame.Here we are 10 days later from the email sent on Mar 18th and no shipment. I have no product nor do I even have an email confirmation that the orders been sent. I could have gone to Sweden myself and bought candy. It's been 29 business days.I have sent an email requesting cancelation and a refund. We'll see if they respond.I can order some items from Amazon. A bit pricier but at least it won't take 8 weeks for me to get it.

I’ve ordered from this business before and the first time it took long to ship BUT it did stay within their business day range so kudos to them for that I guess. I ordered a second time but it’s been over a month since that order and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. They stretched their handling range to 15-18 business days HANDLING TIME and yet it’s been 5 business days on top of the 18 with no shipping label created.I’m not even a business owner but I do know you should never keep pushing handling/delivery dates out, that’ll just upset and frustrate your customers. Just simply stop accepting online orders so you can please customers until you’ve caught up. But obviously they can’t handle the new flow of increasing orders and don’t do much to help the inconvenience they made happen.I keep seeing more and more reviews growing by the day that are making the same complaints as I am so it’s an issue you’re going to have. Don’t buy from here, literally anywhere else will get you your package within half the time!

Ordered on 2/28 when there was an 8-12 day shipping delay. It’s not been almost an entire month and I still have no received a shipping update. After emailing last week I received a response saying my order would ship at the end of the week. It still has not shipped and no updates on my orders. For a company that charges a lot for shipping, it’s quite insane that they are taking over a month to ship out order with absolutely no communication.

I was really hoping all the comments about lacking customer service would be wrong. But it’s been 10 (business days) since I received my order and emailed them. I know they have an over abundance of emails right now due to shipping delays and such. But my concern after waiting several weeks(ordered 2/7 and received 3/2)for my order was the quality of product I received.They were out of several of the bubs I ordered so in order to have my package shipped faster I opted for them to pick some favorite sour candy of theirs as replacement. Those were great! But the other bubs I got were terrible. I have attached pictures with my review. I also sent these to their customer service email one 3/2. I have gotten these candies from another Swedish candy store online so I know this is not how they’re supposed to be.Overall I would not order from this company again. Even though they are a small family owned business and I would rather support them than a big company. I can’t justify spending $55 dollars and getting old/terrible quality product and the lack of customer service.
