From the moment we were seated until the last bite of our delicious meal, Anthony went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible dining experience.Anthony's friendly demeanor and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. He took the time to explain the menu, recommend popular dishes, and even shared some insider tips on how to customize our meals to perfection. His attention to detail was impressive, and he never missed a beat, ensuring our glasses were always filled and checking in on us at just the right moments.What stood out the most was Anthony's genuine passion for his job and making sure customers leave happy. Told wait would be one hour 35 minutes to one hour 45 minutes. We gave my name and phone number. One hour 45 minutes passed so I got up and asked how much longer. They asked if I received a text. I never received a text to confirm. They could never find my name nor phone number. Two girls to busy talking to pay attention what they are doing. Our waitress Jazmin did an outstanding job. I asked for well done, not a dry hard steak. I eat at Texas Roadhouse in Texas, I have never received a hard dry steak.Also What happened to the peanuts. Waited over two hours to eat. Would have been nice to eat some peanuts to curve the hunger.

We ordered tbone meat, it was a good size but the meat was dry. The taste wasn't bad. It would have been much better if the meat had not been completely drained. waiters were excellent, service was great. They could work a little cleaner, there seems to be a bit of a problem with hygiene. The atmosphere is not bad, but it seems like it needs a little more energy.

We love this Texas roadhouse location. The food always taste fresh, is the perfect temperature and comes out very fast. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are always so courteous! Our waiter, Anthony, was AMAZING! We had a disabled person in our party and Anthony was so patient and calm with him while he was trying to place his order. Anthony was so friendly and caring. He truly made our dining experience the best that we’ve ever had at Texas Roadhouse or anywhere really! I truly hope Texas Roadhouse recognizes what a stellar employee they have with Anthony! We look forward to dining at this location in the near future and hope we get Anthony as our waiter again! Anthony you are fantastic and again, Thank you for making our dining experience so comfortable and enjoyable!!

My wife's steak was not cooked properly, and we didn't get our salads before our meal came out. The server was young and inexperienced.Parking: There are many spots to park.Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and boosters . They do a nice birthday song, and kids have fun.

The manger “greeting” is rude and speaking to us first timers to Texas Roadhouse with attitude. We aren’t from around Lancaster and it was a nice overall stay but will I be eating here? No, if you speak to people in a demeaning way I won’t ever eat at this restaurant.

We have gone to Texas Roadhouse many times. We have been serviced by many different waiters and waitress most are very good. The one we had Friday night sucked. She took our order and never saw her after that. Until it was time for the bill.
Always good food Roadkill is the best and the Caesar salad is icy cold & delicious. Great place for s speciality drink
