I finally made it to the Grille after hearing how good it was, and my only disappoint ment is that it took too long for me to eat there. It was delicious. I got the Staten Island which was Prosciutto, hot cappocollo, hot sopresatta, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, vinaigrette. My wife got the Fifth Avenue which is fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, tomato, vinaigrette. She loved hers as well. We split the sweet potato fries, that comes with a sweet,almost syrup like sauce that we enjoyed very much. The food came out very quickly and everything was very fresh. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant overall was very clean. Definitely one of the better sandwiches I've eaten in Lancaster in the 20 plus years I've lived here. A bonus is that it is byob and there is a great beer shop that shares an entrance with the Grille that has a huge selection of single cans.Vegetarian options: Sandwiches and salads

Everything was great until we got our food. The rolls are so good. Unfortunately the bottom of the rolls were saturated in grease. We threw away more than half of our cheesesteaks. Too greasy.
The owner was extremely kind and gave us time when ordering. This is a family run restaurant who puts love into their food. I am vegetarian and ordered "The city" sandwich, the bread was delicious and the contents had the right ratio of each thing. My husband ordered a Philly cheesesteak and was very pleased, considering he's picky about his Philly cheesesteaks. The fries were great! We will come back even though we don't live here!Vegetarian options: Theres about 6 different options with vegetarian sandwiches. The fries are great as well.
The Food is great. The Service is great. The owner seems to be a really nice guy. The Staton Island is such a unique delicious sub. The Rubin is so good. Give it a try.
