Ordered a small cheesesteak and a large cheesesteak to share with my son. When the food arrived the small cheesesteak looked perfect and was packed with meat. The large cheesesteak had very little meat it was sparse and NO cheese!!! I was so disappointed and confused! How did one sandwich end up so screwed up? I called and was told the had “ a new guy” training. I ordered thru Door Dash so it was an expensive meal. I had also ordered fries and drinks. All I was told was they would be sure to get the order right next time. I feel like I should have been offered something. Nothing big..maybe a free beverage. I just felt like they didn’t care. Love their food but that left a bad taste in my mouth. I took a pic and left it on Door Dash review. Unfortunately I didn’t save it I took it took it with the camera option not the gallery. Great food and great customer service. This may sound weird for a pizza shop but they are accommodating to my dairy allergy which is a huge plus for me :) especially when I want cheese less pizza
