Blue collar was great experience in Pa service was great food was super good and really cool atmosphere. Top notch restaurant with great food at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend making reservations for dinner, it's popular, and for good reason! Their ancho chili wings were fantastic, the bacon jam on the Todd is out of this world, and the battered French fries are about as close to perfect as possible. Their Blue Collar N.E. A great gem of a restaurant tucked away in Landisville. We were greeted by Matt, who seated us and was our server. We discussed the cocktails and ordered.
