Quick and clean service! It's good there isn't one closer to me or I'd gain a pound a week. I've loved Auntie Anne's pretzels since I was little. It's a great treat when I'm in the area. Their pretzels really are one of a kind, better than Philly Pretzel in my opinion.

Worst pretzels ever. I have been here 3-4 times and every time the pretzels are burnt at the bottoms and are hard as though they have been sitting out for a while. I have yet to have a fresh warm soft pretzel.

Never again. Food Poisoning from a large lemonade (vomiting the last 14 hours and it was the only thing I had to drink/eat up to getting sick). I don't know if they don't clean the bin or just didn't rinse it well enough after cleaning.
I came to this store thinking that there were pretzels made already. NOT! There were already somebody waiting for their food when I arrived. My mom and sis had to wait for 6 minutes for the pretzels to be made. When they were done my mom and sis received pretzels that the dough was uncooked. ! We are thinking about suing. This store sucks!!!!

If Auntie's hired just one older more experienced workers the slop they are now turning out would be a much better product. I have had their pretzels elsewhere across the country and they were perfect product due mostly to experienced workers. If i miss my guess the kids aren't cleaning all the equipment in the store. They could be so much better.
