Not only was their wait policy dumb for the food but their arcade machines were a mess too, one of the attempts I bought got taken without me even pressing one of the buttons. Bruh.
Employees were great, for was decent considering it’s an amusement park. There should be a way to rate guests for these employees as the amount of rude guests who have the audacity to curse and scream at employees who face hours of nonstop work with these guests should be allowed. I can’t tell you how many guests who screamed at these cashiers and food handlers who are just kids. I expected to be paying an arm and a leg but this place is terrible ?. I ordered the burger and it was bland/dry. The fries that came with it were soggy. I ordered a catfish poboy for my wife and it was okay. The soda that came out of the fountain was flat. I ordered nuggets for my kids but the apple slices that came with it were expired.
