Beautiful, huge, and historic Burger King location but some of the most disgusting bathrooms - from multiple experiences - that I've ever seen.Staff seems overwhelmed by the task to maintaining the restrooms even after complaints from customers about serious issues that should literally close the bathrooms immediately. Staff should have opened the restrooms by the outdoor pavilion as relief.Has large indoor and outdoor play-places, lots of wood, stained glass, and mirrors - with lots of historical pictures and descriptions of the area in the past.Kid-friendliness: Indoor and outdoor play-places

THIS PLACE IS THE WAY TO GO! EVERYONE DOES AN AMAZING JOB!!! The staff does an amazing job! The service is perfect, I got my food right away after I ordered it, Customer Service is so good, so nice and friendly, I would recommend this Burger King, one of the best ones out there.

Got there around 8p, no line, stood at the counter while they took care of everybody in the drive thru for 10 min, Left without ordering, it's ridiculous to ignore people. That actually go in to buy food, I'll never go again.

My nephews love this Burger King because of the playground ?
Another one bites the dust! Or so I told myself about my whopper craving lol. Following that was an awkward interaction between the guy behind the voice coming out the speaker and myself. Thought the robot answering machine needed batteries, but realized it's a guy!!! Briefly took my order and only reason I gave it two stars was because for once they got the order right. Dude at the window looked a little spacey.. but hey who am I to judge I got my food. Then I got home ecstatic about my whopper, coke, fries and cheesy tots. It was a 4 minute drive home and I might as well have driven with the bag out the window cuz not only was the tots frigid and non appeasing, so was my whopper and the bread just fell apart in my hand. Making a mess my momma made me clean up and I got yelled at for. Over all not the best...actually probably my worse BK meal.. on the bright side my coca cola was on point and that hit the spot for sure.

The inmates run this asylum! This at one time was the largest and most well run Burger King in the US. Now, it's a shadow of its former self. The drive-Thru back in the day you could get in and out in under 5 minutes on a normal day now the place could be dead @ss empty, and it will take you 15-20 minutes! Why? Because they have 3 people working! A store on a regular day that would have at least 8 people working now they have 3 and the 3 are always the most low IQ people that I assume were able to sign their name on the employment application and were hired on the spot. I would say they need to be taught customer service skills, but why waste your time, I'm sure this place is a revolving door of bottom of the barrel employees who work for a week or two and then just stop showing up! Know why Chick-fil-A across the street is always busy, and this place looks like a ghost town? Because they actually care about service unlike the chum bucket, I mean this Burger King! Don't waist your time or money at the arm pit restaurant! Now, some of you might read this and say "nah, he's just exaggerating", well, you've been warned!

Food was cold, service was not great, waited 35 to 40 minutes for the food inside the location. Got missing items when I went to claim for them, saw an employee grabing a serving utensil from the floor and keeping using it to serve mozzarella and chicken sticks. Floor at this location was dirty, restrooms as well. Employees where more joking than assisting customers. I believe there is a lack of management and organization.
