Had one of the most ridiculous encounters yesterday, I go there order my food through the drive thru and ask for an empty salad bowl the girl taking my order said yes but it's 1$ extra. Totally fine! I pay for it then they give me my food and I was like oh excuse me u guys forgot the salad bowl. The kid at the drive through said I can't help you. I was like u can't give me the salad bowl I paied for that u forgot? He said no go inside and ask for it. I had to go inside and re wait in line for something I paied for??? So dumb. I'll go to the one by the neshaminy mall instead.

Super busy location but the staff was friendly and efficient.
They post on their facebook page about "promotions" but fail to tell anyone the terms until they are at the restaurant and it's too late.If you didn't open your app before 10:30 this morning they will NOT honor the promotion. Needs to be in the fine print. Not a good feeling from Chick-fil-A Oxford Valley Road.They posted the promotion after the time of the cut off, so there is no promotional item.Asked for help at the location and was told "that's how Corp does it".So, what I am getting is corporate does that to be shady. This way you don't get the promotion.All I am asking for is transparency and lack of care on the staffs part.. Literally post and say, "restrictions apply" or "have to active before 10:30am". The manager came to the window and said "that's how it's done". I had to say, how what is done.Poor customer service.

I thought all sandwiches came with pickles and if you paid for cheese, you should get cheese.
Well for one it’s chick fil a so it’s amazing but we love this location a lot due to the fact that around the holidays they have the cow dressed up and out greeting the kids. My son loves coming to see the cow and take pictures with him. The food is also great, service is nice and fast and everyone is always in a good mood.Kid-friendliness: They have the best kids meal varieties and the best toys in the meals.
Very personable staff. Friendly and helpful.Parking: Plenty of spots with handicap available as well

I just make an order for my kids and they miss to put the 12 pieces of nugget. I went back to the store and the manager is too tough. She doesn’t say anything she just give me the nugget and she doesn’t say sorry. Unbelievable.
