Honestly, it's the best sushi in town, and the best for a few towns in any direction. My go-to place for many years.

I usually like to give people the benefit of doubt-but the server following us out of the restaurant so she could ask if her service wasn't good enough, because she didn't receive a “good enough tip” crossed a line for me. In my opinion the tip should have been less due to the hastiness and attitude. Tipping is OPTIONAL. Have gratitude for what you do receive especially with the service (or lack thereof). Distasteful and repulsive. Reading other reviews, we were not the only one she has done this to. Plan to empty your pockets for this clown or she will surely come looking.

My wife and I were about to head to the restaurant when we noticed a server approaching a woman in the parking lot. Asking for a bigger tip!? Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, my wife and I turned around and found somewhere else to eat.

Everything was fine until the server ran after us and said the tip wasn’t enough. Gratuities are understandably expected but not the amount?‍♀️

Hibachi was really bad, not tasty, and half the people in our party had food poisoning of sorts. Their drinks and house sake had no alcohol in them.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki dinner and it was the MOST DISGUSTING undercooked chicken I’ve ever seen and tasted. Also order fried rice with veggies, somehow that included tofu which was not in description. And two sushi rolls which tasted old/fishy. I called and asked to speak to manager, was put on hold and said I would receive a credit for the chicken and fried rice. I said okay so I will see a credit on my card and the person said no will be future “credit”. They had none of my information, not even my phone number the credit would be listed under just my first name….I mean makes absolutely no sense. If I didn’t have three children at home alone I would have taken all the food back instead of throwing it out. Will never order from here again and just unbelievable customer service.
