Ordered two soft tacos. Chicken and cheese that is it. Taste horrible! Soft taco shell not even warmed enough, chicken was ok, cheese thrown on there the cheese never melted. I ate chicken with like a half a bag of shredded cheese! I think Taco Bell is way better.

The only thing that makes this place five stars is the location and atmosphere. Very well decorated. Restaurant has some outdoor seating and it's in a plaza where you can do a little shopping before or after your meal.The food the food was good. However the portions were bit small and in reading all the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one who feels the same way. Even asked for a little extra beans and the guy looked at me scooped up about six more beans and put it on my burrito. I'm not even being sarcastic..

Very good flavor in all their meats. I like how much options they have AND you can add whatever you want to your bowl for free! All you do is pay for the protein. Definitely one of my favorite food places and I am very picking about what I eat. It is always fresh and good quality at summit square. I definitely recommend everybody to go check it out.

I fell and hit my knees healed into the floor at the Langhorne,PA store on 12/27 and over 24hrs later I have not been able to contact the GM. I went to the ER and I am in a leg mobilizer until I see a specialist. Employees were not helpful. When I fell the woman working looked right through me and stayed silent and even walked away from me. I have reached out via Facebook, via website and left a message twice on the GMs voicemail. Nothing. While the food is always good the customer service and handling of this situation is not okay.

Extremely disappointed they forgot my chips and sides which are pretty expensive and should be easy enough to remember or double check. The real disappointment was they don’t double wrapping there tacos mine completely fell apart on me any real taco place knows you need 2 tortillas for a single taco. I ordered thru grub hub and they need to change there menu options to make toppings available on the side. As well another thing is put more meat like seriously? One single tablespoon of meat per taco and overloaded toppings
QDOBA has not disappointedme yet. You can't go wrong when they don't charge you for Queso or Guacamole. Comparing apples to apples, their portion size are no where near their competitor Chipotle. It's noticeable when seeing the burrito, tacos and bowl sizes. They do offer more sauces and ingredients to add to your entree. I have yet to see a crowd at QDOBA. I'm always in and out within 7-8 minutes.
