This evening my daughter and I had the worst experience ever at Friday's.The wait time was not as long as we thought it would be prior to being seated.However, after myself and my daughter were seated we had to wait at least another 15-20 minutes before we were serviced. Our waitress seemed agitated and had the worst attitude ever. Now, giving the benefit of the doubt due to the high volume of consumers, maybe she was under to much pressure or maybe she was not having the best of days. Whatever it was her attitude was horrible.I was going to ignore and not complain with high regards that her attitude might have changed inbetween time of servicing other tables. I was sadly mistaken. It seemed as if TARA did not care that her service was unprofessional.After, placing our order, beverages being served and recieving our food it seemed as if her attitude had gotten worse. We overheard the table behind us complaining aswell. This experience was so disappointing, I requested to speak to the manager I waited for a while, eventually I just gave up. I asked for the check and was all to eager to leave. After paying I overheard another waitress telling a table to do a google review and I thought maybe that’s the best way to let management know about our experience since we couldn’t speak to one in house. Food was great, order was correct for my table however Taras service left a very satisfying persona. I love Fridays and every location is different I know that I will not be back to this particular location anytime soon.

I spoke to someone called Michelle claiming that she manages the place but it's seems far fetched that things were under control. The interaction I had was very unprofessional with no acknowledgment of the behavior. I will never come back, and I love TGIF
I would like to shout out a beautiful soul named Sierra with an S. Her smile and energy lit up the space. My sister and I had a wonderful time. Sierra, you made our evening special. Keep shining your light, baby girl. You are amazing, and you have greatness in you. Never let anyone dim your light.

Food was very good, chicken fingers meal and a chicken ceasar salad. Service was excellent. The downside was the dining area could use an update and my date complained about the bad smell and how the ladies room was not clean.
