“The best ice cream in the area and surroundings. I come here very often. Mostly after dinner. The service has always been friendly. Some of my favorite flavors are: butter brickle, candy cane and maple walnut. I've had almost all flavors and they're all good. They have a little shop inside with your favorite ice cream flavors in a larger quantity. Also they have good egg nog available during the holidays. Lastly, mini golf is a fun addition.“
“Learning life lesson! My wife, daughter and I came to this Rita’s tonight. While the service was ok, I had asked for a Peanut Butter Mudslide blendini. This was at 8:30pm on Thursday. I had $100 in my pocket, ready to leave to the hard workers at this establishment. One worker says, “I think we put the stuff away for it”. So another comes back to the window and says “I’m sorry but we put the toppings away already”. While she says this the other girl says “it’s right in the fridge”, twice. Life lesson is this; I decided not to tip the $100. I’m very generous with GOOD service, ones that care about us, the customer. Sorry girls! Maybe next time. ***Im not upset! I was trying to do something nice for these hard workers. Just disappointed I had to leave with the $100“
“We love a summer evening treat at Sundae World. The teens working there are always efficient and kind. Might suggest having a hand washing station or even wipes available for families with kids (to help keep the dining area and outside areas cleaner as well!)“
“Merrymead Farm is such a cute spot! They have wonderful ice cream, delicious baked goods, and specialty meats during the holidays. You can get plants, outdoor decor, and herbs as well. They have lots of great seasonal activities, like the bunny train at Easter, a fall festival with pumpkin picking, and other themed events. In addition to the activities they have some wonderful farm animals you can visit! The staff is very kind, and always helpful. It has a family-owned feeling.“
“Freddy’s is a family favorite! So many options, great food, good quality at a decent price, friendly family atmosphere!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options!Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids to enjoy a kid-friendly meal! GREAT OPTION FOR FAMILIES!“
“Amazing! Don't know his name but had a backward hat on, longish, brown, hair, and green crocs, was so very nice to my mom and I who drove all the way from VA to get a blizzard we had not had in years cause no other DQ had it. Very nice DQ with amazing employees.“
“Finally checked out Salt Box and I am so thrilled! This area has so many great shops and restaurants, so I was so happy to find a locally owned place to get a fresh pretzel. To my surprise, they have so much more! I stopped right before they closed, but the usually have stuffed pretzels, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, and so much more! The Alabama Sweet Tea was perfectly brewed (from real tea bags) with just the right amount of sugar for this happy Southern girl! My pretzels even at the end of the day were fresh, chewy, and satisfied my snack cravings. I have had their pretzel bite boxes before during meetings, but I would have to say the cinnamon sugar bites are by far my favorite. The young man behind the counter was so quick, friendly and helpful. Plus, the prices are beyond acceptable so anyone can come in even on a limited budget. They do large trays of pretzel bites with sauces for under $40, so for your next meeting or tail gate, you need to check out Salt Box. See the pics attached for a cute moment of two happy "customers" enjoying their pup cup! We will definitely be back soon for a meal and coffee!“
“My husband and I come here all of the time, we love our ice cream!!! This is our favorite ice cream now, I crave it over anywhere else. Their chocolate peanut butter is so good and we love their banana! The ice cream is cold (if you know you know, some ice cream just melts so fast, this is ice cream is nice and frozen) creamy, and thick! I also love ordering online and just picking up when I get there, super convenient!“
“Stumbled across this hidden gem in Norristown while waiting for the shuttle to the elmwood park zoo. This place has so many options from fresh juices, homemade ice cream, popsicles, ice cream, desserts and lunch options. The service is awesome too , the person helping us offered different samples to see what we would like before purchasing and explained all the ingredients in certain options. The interior is so cute and colorful , definitely feel like your transported to Mexico when you walk inside. The crepe was amazing and light and the mangonada was spicy, sour and sweet. The perfect combination, will definitely be back to try more things !“
“"Carminati Creamery is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a cozy atmosphere and the most delightful aroma of freshly made gelato. Their flavors are inventive and bursting with authentic taste, each scoop a heavenly indulgence. The staff is friendly and always eager to help you find your perfect flavor. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, Carminati Creamery never fails to exceed expectations. A must-visit for any gelato lover!"“
“We went during a neighborhood market when it was very busy so I’m sure it was more of a unique overly packed experience. But overall the staff was nice, and this little ice cream shop packs big flavor. Each of the ice cream flavors I tried were all very smooth and creamy with a pop of rich flavor. Very high quality ice cream.“
“The place was absolutely packed on a Friday night. It was surprising to see only 3 ice cream flavors: chocolate, vanilla and a special custom one they made but that's what makes the quality of the ice cream so good. I got a turtle ice cream sundae and it was incredible. The ice cream itself was so creamy and the perfect amount of milky tasting. What stood out was the flavor was a touch more sweet than store bought ice cream, maybe from vanilla extract but not in an overpowering way at all. They also sold various candy, chocolates and candied apples. I took home a turtle apple too, which was also incredible. Green apple was fresh, chocolate covering was decadent and combo of toppings perfect. I have no pictures to share because it was eaten too quickly. Please do yourself a favor and visit!“
“Not sure why people would rate this place less than 4 stars. I'd hate to deal with customers like these. Staff is always nice whenever I come here with my toddler, they're very patient and friendly, always hook us up with extra toppings with no charge, and the ice cream is super good. No issues here!“
“The food was amazing!!! I got the croissant with strawberries, blueberries, chocolate, and sweet cream cheese and it was to die for! I am 100% coming back. The service was amazing the waitress was very nice even though she was new. The owner was also very sweet and seemed kind. This is definitely a go to spot in sellersvillle.“
“I've been searching for a small local place with great breakfast sandwiches. Found it! You know you're in a good spot, when you see a worker truck pull up and all guys roll out of the place with their tin foil and coffee. Some places don't toast the roll a bit, which is a MUST. Some cook the egg too much or just scramble it. Some don't even bother to pepper the egg. This guy knows what he's doing. Sends you out the door with your foil wrapped goodness. I'll be back soon for sure.“
“Such a delight to stop in for some delicious treats. The ice cream, chocolates, candy apples, etc are second to none. Christine and her staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our family never misses an opportunity to enjoy the wonderful desserts and great atmosphere at Kilwins. Special thanks for the sugar-free ice cream preparation ;-)“
“I live up the street from Kool Licks and I love that little shop. They have great options for hard ice cream, soft serve ice cream, and water ice. There is something for almost everyone here. The portions are generous and the prices are good. It is cash only though. A fantastic little neighborhood spot.“
“Really nice place inside. I had the Non-Dairy Cookies n' Creme milkshake. It was really really good. Consistency was nice and thick, with chunks of cookies left in it after it was spun. "Matt" served me. Nice and very friendly guy. Price was reasonable, too. The only thing I have to say is that I wish the straws were a more solid material, instead of paper. The integrity starts to get weak, due to absorption of the liquid, if you don't finish it fast enough. I do like the environmentally-friendly idea, though. Overall, five stars for my first time visiting ?.“
“Went here today and had the "Frenchie" which I cannot recommend enough - almond, apricot jam and brie on a waffle. It was amazing. The waffle was sort of caramelized which just out this over the top. My mom got something that was like a waffle sandwich with ham and was raving about her lunch as well. So delicious and I can't wait to go back to try other things.“
“Good ice cream, nice people. Pricing was...Well, $6 for one scoop of ice cream with a cup or cone. No toppings. Mind you, the ice cream wasn't bad, but there was really nothing special about it.It is a local business, so I understand.I got mint brownieBasically mint with brownie chunksIt was goodThey have cool conesThere's a blue oneParking: Parking is fine, you can park in the street or in a parking lot with a 60-ish second walk away.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, staff politeWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, steep steps. Not that it helps, but there is a kinda rough sidewalk that could get a wheelchair to outside of it“
“We were looking for a last minute vendor for a large event we were hosting and Abundance Water Ice came through for us! Their water ice was a huge hit and they were amazing to work with! We highly recommend them for any event and hope to partner with them again in the future!“
“February 2024: plenty of parking, quick and easy ordering, great service, around 20 awesome flavors, nice seating arrangement. Decadent scoops on a crunchy waffle cone. We had cashew caramel, blueberry lemon, espresso and black like my heart.Building looks nice as well. One side overlooks a bustling intersection and on the other a quiet cemetery.I can see this place getting busy during local school sport days and events. Will definitely come back soon.Parking: Google maps might take you around the cemetery but keep on driving inside.Kid-friendliness: There is a giant blackboard and chalk where kids can express their creative talents.“
“I went here for the first time with a friend who recommended it, and I fell in love on the spot!!!! I had gotten the monster cookies and cream ice milkshake with cinnamon toast crunch pieces mixed in, and cookie crumbles on top. I want to try their mason jar ice next time. Along with the Boba teas.“
“Everytime I go visit my family in Philly, I have to go to Joe's Water Ice. Since they live pretty close to it, I always walk here and on a hot summer day after sweating and walking to this place, it is always a nice treat to order some delicious shaved ice. I personally love the lemon flavor because its not too sweet or sour. I've had the cherry one, but personally that one is too sweet for my liking. You really gotta come here if you have never been to this place for some water ice! Even during colder seasons, I will always come here and enjoy my lemon ice.“
“This place is right next door to a really weird shaped building, pretty cool though. I like the thing that has the custard and the ice mixed, that's so good. Anyways, this was a nice Rita's and I think there's an insurance agency attached, so must be a nice family affair. Worth a lil drive to avoid the busier ones nearer me.“
“Great ice cream and very reasonable pricing! Other places around town have good ice cream too but The Main Freeze crushes them with great pricing are large portions. Simple walk up window setup and quick service too. One of the best ways to end a day or wrap up a weekend. Just wish they were open longer throughout year, but I get it.“
