They never give me the right donut when I ask for a simple glazed chocolate donut. Was charged once for no ice and wasn't even told beforehand about the charge. Nothing noted of this on the menu or window.

The service is wonderful and the staff is very kind. The only issue is there have several instances where my breakfast is burnt or cold, the hot chocolate is like a sludge, and the coffee is cold when it should be hot. I am not expecting piping hot coffee, but it shouldn't be like they put ice cubes in the drink either.

Leola's Dunkin' Donuts is the Best! Owners are great people! Always polite and respectful customer service!
I went at 3:15 today and my order was taken by a younger girl. She got my order incorrect- messed up one drink and forgot another. When i asked her to fix my drink, she made me pay extra for what i already payed for in my order. I never received my second drink. normally this is a very nice dunkin but this worker did not satisfy me. only going in the morning from now on.

The customer service of this place is HORRIBLE. When you order something make sure it says on there if it is iced or hot because NO WHERE on the app does it say anything about that. When asking if this can be fixed, you get told by the manager that this is my problem and they can’t do anything.

LOVE this Dunkin!!! The workers are so kind and efficient. I usually stop here between 5-530am and they are always pleasant, waiting with my coffee before I even pull up to the window!
This is the worst Dunkin i have ever eaten at the food was nasty and coffee wasn't right at all And i like Dunkin.

Better make sure you get there at least an hour before they say they close, I wanted a few quarts of ice cream, would have been in/out in 3 minutes but doors were locked 30 mins before closing

The only good customer service you will receive here is from the owners and their family members. If you go on an off day when greeted by two young women, there is no sense of care or pride in their work, and they have unimaginable customer service. I don’t like writing bad reviews based on character, but highly unliked. If you want to feel like you misspoke, interrupted their time, and as if they are being confrontational just by taking your order, by all means. Do not recommend.
