Got one of the new melts...the bread was raw and soggy, fries were only a few in the container, service was horrible, the entire place was filled with smoke, and they only had a few items for ordering.

never disappoints, one girl that works there is super nice i never got her name but she remember my order chicken fries meal honey mustard and dr pepper, was mostly working drive through & register! during the summer time mostly, she's the sweetest & gives me 2 honey mustards unlike others (sorry) :( but one isn't

Cashier was rude and arrogant. Should not he on register. She has redish brown hair and is nasty, Susie, I believe. Overcharged on order. Senior drink paid full price. SHE said 60+ was senior, on website says 55. ...also charged regular price for small fry but ordered value fry. She doesn't have the personality to be on a register much less a supervisor....

Went and got a whopper with no onion and extra pickle before work about 9pm, when came to lunch at 1230 am (they closed at 12am) and come to find out it had the onions on it. Called next day told them what happened and was told I needed to bring back whopper (it was my only dinner for work) to get replaced with

We did drive through for snacks and drinks! Busy time, a bit of a wait. They are usually are faster service!
When i went there the manager was not very inviting and when i got my drink there was black stuff floating in it, when i went up to the counter to get the attention of someone it took them 5 minutes to come to us and the manager had left before helping us. Wouldn’t come here

I accidentally ordered on the bk app for dine in at the wrong location (two in lebanon) came to this location and they couldn't find my order (of course wrong location) they were able to contact the other store and just have it made in this location to save me from having to drive across town! Super excited and yummy as always. Couldn't be more thankful for them to save me the trip. Now ill make sure to double check the address before I place an order!

Crew member taking order was not paying attention when giving order had to keep repeating some no hair nets or hats and had long hair , the service at this location has really gotten bad over the last few years will probably not go
