Absolutely horrendous the last couple times I’ve ordered. Have been given completely wrong items several times now after many years of zero issues. Today my order arrived over 35 minutes after it left the store. So now everything was not only cold, but half my order wasn’t even the items I ordered. I don’t know what has changed but this place sucks now.

tonight i had jermey delivery my order, as soon as i answered the door he apologized for the wait as to they were slammed today being christmas and everywhere else is closed.. and i just wanna say thank you! he was very kind from the start. i hope he has a merry christmas and the rest of the staff on shift today!

We all know that there are plenty of pizza shops to choose from that are better than a chain. BUT the people who work here are so friendly and cheerful. They have good banter with each other and with regular customers like me. 10/10

Places and order at 11:10 and didn't receive my food until 12:50 my order was done over an hour before getting to me when im 6 minutes walking from there store. The pizza wasn't fresh there was no sauce on my pizza. Horrible experience

Today is August 22nd, 2023. Apologies, I didn't catch the Gentlemans name who grabbed my online order for me once I walked into the store. My name is James, and it's around 1030pm. Hope that helps. Honestly it must have been legitimately not even a 15 second ordeal from me walking into the store, saying hello and asking for my food, and then walking out, but I just wanted to say that, by far, that was the most warm, welcoming interaction I've had when it comes to ordering fast(ish) food in quite some time. Damn, I wish I would have caught his name because that guy, at the very least, needs to be promoted or somethin. Anyway, I don't mean to ramble on or take up too much of your time, I just make it a priority to call awesome customer service when I see it. God bless✌️

we did a mobile order (where you drop the pin) and it took over AN HOUR to get to us. not even trying to find the spot, we ordered at 3:30 and didn’t get it until almost 5:00. we called and the guy that picked up gave us very short answers and didn’t answer any questions, and then proceeded to put us on hold. we called a second time and the lady that picked up was helpful. over all experience was terrible. the pizza ended up cold.

Ordered food a half hour before closing time they took my money but canceled my order. So basically they don't close at 12am they close at 11:30pm. What happened to the 1am closing time.
