Under the founders Mim and Walter, this company had outstanding customer service and paid professional attention to all wholesalers -regardless of size. The new company has been nothing but trouble. They don't answer emails for orders and have made wholesale ordering difficult. I have special blends on file, so will continue to try to work with the new company but I don't guarantee the future. The new company arbitrarily discontinued one of my popular teas and I am left scrambling for a substitute. I asked if the East Indies would sell a large quantity of the original blend, but no one answered my email to customer service. Sorry, but this company is not what it used to be for customer service. I hope that someone will read this and reach out to me. Irenes Teas since 1995, owner and Certified Tea Consultant.

Just found out they only sell certain teas retail now. It is a limited selection of their so called best sellers...most I never even heard of. I have been buying their tea for years directly. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed!

Service was good.Disappointed that their store does not have what I have purchased from them for years. Please add dragon well tea and yunnan gold or golden monkey.

very disasppointed you have gotten rid of all the decaffeinated ground selections. Your coffee was my go- to every evening....like dessert.Your selections are now terrible. The other selections - caffeinated - only 8...what is all that about? I ordered 3 lbs of coffee but will now have to stop drinking it early in the evening.....just very, very disappointed!

I've been a long time Customer, and I visited recently and had a chance to talk with the new owners.East winds coffee is no longer open to the public for on site purchases. Their factory shop closed after the death of the original owner. But you can still get there amazingly flavored coffees online for delivery.

Really good coffee. One of the things I really like is that they have a ton of decaf flavors. Just wish they had Apricot Supreme. Was so wanting to try that but it seems it is a discontinued flavor.

Due to Cov-19 they aren't open for browsing. You call and the employee takes your order. Then you pick it up at the door.

Party of 4, we ate breakfast here on our recent visit to Savannah. I had the BLT special, my husband had a waffle with sausage, one friend had the JP Delux ( this was the best) and the other friend had egg croissant. Everyone enjoyed their food and was very pleased. We got to meet Beth the owner, which is always nice. Food and service were all good. Yes I recommend Goose Feathers

This restaurant was really busy but the staff did a great job turning over tables. We had quiche and a sandwich that were reasonably priced and quite tasty. The location is just on the edge of the City Market.

I stop in every time I visit Lebanon. The coffee and the service is top notch. I would definitely recommend if you live coffee!
