This place does not get the credit it deserves. The salads are very fresh, soups are always perfect consistency, texture and taste, and the sandwiches hit the spot every single time. Their passion for food and fresh ingredients shines through the whole menu. 10/10 recommend!

I grew up with Friendly's in New England but there are few around where I live now. We visited this location after a day at Hershey Park (there's a Friendly's in Hershey but we were staying down the street from this one). It was an old school experience for us--the food was hot, tasty and fresh, the menu had something for everyone, the ice cream desserts were generous and as we remembered, and contrary to some of my long-ago experiences, the service actually was Friendly! (And prompt!). Anyway, we had a good time here, my kids actually liked it and it brought back memories. My only complaint would be that they now open at 11 (which seems to be chain wide)--back in the day Friendly's was a go-to breakfast spot. But it is good to see one of these restaurants still hustling and doing a good job.

This is the best Friendlys that I have ever been too. We used to go to the Hershey one and the service is slow there, so we decided to come here. Our waitress's name was Johna. She was so sweet. I ordered a lobster roll and did not really like it. Not their fault, it just had a lot of mayo (you don't really go to Friendly's for lobster rolls anyway). She ended up giving me half off on the entree. This was a small gesture, but its probably the nicest thing I have experienced in any restaraunt. She was also very attentive and got everything out to us in a timely manner. The restaraunt is also very clean. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place and our waitress Johna!!

we have gong there several times with the grandkids. the food & service were ok. it wasn't great nor was it poor. it was just ok. the grandkids like it there so we take them every so often.

It has been over 10 years that I went to a Friendly’s. Unfortunately the reviews on this site did not help since the last one was over a year ago. Since I always had good experiences I thought I would try this one. I was not disappointed. Although I went there for breakfast the place was clean, welcoming and the staff was very friendly. I cant vouch for the other meals but I would return.
