When you imagine a local diner, this is what you imagine. Food was delicious & staff were friendly.I'd highly recommend the chicken Parm sandwich & mozzarella sticks.Only critique would be to maybe add some more cheese to the chicken Parm sandwich like some shredded cheese on top of the chicken. Other than that it was really good.

I ordered a Mexican Omelette that besides having lots of ingredients tasted like nothing. The stake on it was hard and dry and the sauce it came with tasted like pasta sauce (Pomodoro) which made it the least Mexican I have ever tasted. It also did not look appetizing at all, they could work on their serving. Any how, I didn’t really leat my food, extremely dry and just not tasty. There coffee is good though.

I was disappointed with the 4.2 reviews that showed in this location. Unfortunately the place was very filthy. The staff was unfriendly and the bathrooms were absolutely unhygienic and absolutely filthy. The food was also not great. They do not have a kids changing table for the bathroom and unfortunately I regret stopping at this location with my family.

I wish I could give zero stars. We use to love going to The Hearth. I honestly went 5 outta the 8 months I was pregnant for French toast. Some took a friend. He got coffe and the handle was cracked. Afraid of breaking it he told the server and she got him another. Then comes our food. My boyfriend found PLASTIC in his food, the plastic they place the silverware in!!! His friend found multiple hairs in his food. After I saw all that I didn’t even want to eat my food. Even after plastic was in our food, a busted coffe mug & hair in the food we still had to pay $40 some for the food. The owner came out and got rude and asked us what he wanted us to do. I would like a refund for the food that was messed up. They couldn’t eat the food but we had to pay full price.Will never spend another penny there & haven’t in 3 years.

I would say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, basket of fries $7.95 and you get a handful of fries thrown on a plate , ordered a cheeseburger no mayo , came with mayo, sent back they brought it back bloody soaked bun then sent back and said I don’t want anything and then the owner berated me for not wanting to pay for it . Horrible . Family of 5 95.00 bill for 4 wraps and FF . Just go to Texas Roadhouse . Better food
